Der Clou by De Niro/Matcho AA (breeder: Dr.<br />

Rainer Nitsch, Salzhausen) and rider Filipe<br />

Canelas from Portugal finished <strong>the</strong> Grand<br />

Prix Special in second place in front of <strong>the</strong><br />

picturesque backdrop of <strong>the</strong> palace in Pompadour/France.<br />

<strong>The</strong> pair had placed fifth in<br />

<strong>the</strong> Grand Prix earlier on.<br />

Desperados (VA)<br />

Desperados by De Niro/Wolkenstein II (breeder:<br />

Herbert Schütt, Hemmoor) dominated<br />

<strong>the</strong> CHIO in Aachen. Kristina Sprehe won <strong>the</strong><br />

Grand Prix and <strong>the</strong> Special with impressive<br />

performances; <strong>the</strong> pair convinced and finished<br />

in second place in <strong>the</strong> freestyle. <strong>The</strong> German<br />

team won <strong>the</strong> Nation Prize.<br />

Devon L<br />

Second place in <strong>the</strong> Grand Prix and in <strong>the</strong><br />

Special for Devon L by De Niro/Wolkenstein II<br />

(breeder: Hans-Henning v. d. Decken, Stade)<br />

and rider Diana Creech at <strong>the</strong> CDI in Blainville/Canada!<br />

Diva Royal (VA)<br />

Diva Royal by Don Frederico/Warkant (breeder:<br />

Heinz Braul, Lehrte) and Doro<strong>the</strong>e<br />

Schneider impressed <strong>the</strong> spectators in Aachen.<br />

Sixth place in <strong>the</strong> Grand Prix, victory in<br />

<strong>the</strong> Nation Prize, forth place in <strong>the</strong> Special<br />

and a third place in <strong>the</strong> freestyle were <strong>the</strong><br />

results of <strong>the</strong> successful weekend. <strong>The</strong>se<br />

strong performances guaranteed a ticket to<br />

London. It will be <strong>the</strong>re last ride, Diva Royal<br />

will be ridden by Stella Charlott Roth, <strong>the</strong><br />

daughter oft Diva Royal‘s owner.<br />

Don Auriello (VA)<br />

Don Auriello by Don Davidoff/White Star<br />

(breeder: Joachim Poppe, Harsefeld) and rider<br />

Tinne Vilhelmson-Silfven celebrated a double<br />

victory in Grand Prix and freestyle at <strong>the</strong> Nation<br />

Prize competition in Rotterdam. <strong>The</strong> pair<br />

laid <strong>the</strong> foundation for a second place in <strong>the</strong><br />

Nation Prize for <strong>the</strong> Swedish team with <strong>the</strong>se<br />

exceptional performances.<br />

Isabell Werth travelled to Aachen with high<br />

hopes for her mount Don Johnson by Don<br />

Frederico/Warkant (breeder: Ulrike Meyer,<br />

Dedelstorf). <strong>The</strong> pair won <strong>the</strong> Special of <strong>the</strong><br />

CDI after having placed third in <strong>the</strong> Grand<br />

Prix.<br />

Dow Jones<br />

Karina Prochaska from Austria placed third in<br />

<strong>the</strong> Grand Prix at <strong>the</strong> CDI in Brno/Czech Republic<br />

with Dow Jones by Donnerhall/Wendepunkt<br />

(breeder: Irene and Herbert Ilg,<br />

Weissach).<br />

Fabioso (Hess.)<br />

Fabioso by Flammengold/Sevillano xx (breeder:<br />

Wilfried Höhle, Edertal) celebrated his<br />

first international placement under <strong>the</strong> top<br />

five in Pompadour. Peter Storr from Great Britain<br />

rode <strong>the</strong> ten-year old into second place<br />

in Intermediaire I. In Vierzon/France <strong>the</strong> pair<br />

belonged to <strong>the</strong> best again winning Intermediaire<br />

I, placing third in <strong>the</strong> freestyle and<br />

forth in Prix St. Georges.<br />

Ferdi (VA)<br />

Ferdi by Federweißer/Charmeur (breeder: Johannes<br />

Hillmer, Rullstorf) and rider Maria von<br />

Essen placed forth in <strong>the</strong> freestyle in Stromsholm/Sweden.<br />

<strong>The</strong> pair received <strong>the</strong> second<br />

highest score in <strong>the</strong> Grand Prix. <strong>The</strong>y placed<br />

forth in <strong>the</strong> Nation Prize in Aachen as members<br />

of Sweden’s team.<br />

Sport<br />

Flamenco Girl<br />

Three of four German team members rode<br />

<strong>Hanoverian</strong>s in <strong>the</strong> Nation Prize for Junior<br />

Riders in Hagen including Flamenco Girl by<br />

Fielmann/Weltmeyer (breeder: Eberhard Hennings,<br />

Petershagen) with rider Maxi Kira von<br />

Platen. <strong>The</strong> judges placed this pair in forth<br />

position in <strong>the</strong> final qualification.<br />

Florencia (VA)<br />

Katarzyna Milczarek rode Florencia by Florianus/Davignon<br />

(breeder: Rudolf and Reinhard<br />

Bösch, Bülkau) to victory twice in Brno, first<br />

in <strong>the</strong> Grand Prix and <strong>the</strong>n in <strong>the</strong> Special.<br />

Fontalero (VA)<br />

<strong>The</strong> riders U25 competed for <strong>the</strong> Prize of <strong>the</strong><br />

Liselott and Klaus Rheinberger-Foundation in<br />

Aachen’s dressage stadium. Veronique Henschen<br />

from Luxembourg rode Fontalero by<br />

Wer<strong>the</strong>r/Weltmeyer (breeder: Arend Kamphorst,<br />

Prieros) into fifth place in <strong>the</strong> Grand<br />

Prix.<br />

Schon Hanovria<br />

Schon Hanovria by Florencio/Rubinstein was<br />

bred in France by Diana Chehowah-Grau.<br />

Now his breeder placed with him in <strong>the</strong> final<br />

for 6-year old dressage horses in Vierzon.<br />

Habitus (VA)<br />

Louisa Lüttgen was a member of <strong>the</strong> German<br />

Young-Rider quartet with Habitus by Hohenstein/Weltmeyer.<br />

<strong>The</strong> pair helped to win <strong>the</strong><br />

Nation Prize of Hagen with <strong>the</strong> fifth-best result<br />

in <strong>the</strong> team test.<br />

Hilario Saint H (VA)<br />

Hilario Saint H by Herzensdieb/Acorado<br />

(breeder: Stefan Aust, Armstorf) and rider<br />

Bertille Perardy finished <strong>the</strong> final for 5-yr old<br />

dressage horses in third position at <strong>the</strong> CDI in<br />

Vierzon.<br />

Lully<br />

<strong>The</strong> winning pair of <strong>the</strong> Prix St. Georges in<br />

Vierzon came from Belgium: Lully by Likoto<br />

xx/Weltmeyer (breeder: Hubert Ratermann,<br />

Alfhausen) and rider Larissa Paulus. <strong>The</strong> pair<br />

finished Intermediaire I in third place. <strong>The</strong>y<br />

placed second behind Kristine Möller and<br />

Reve en Noir in <strong>the</strong> freestyle.<br />

Moncassado<br />

Moncassado by Münchhausen/Weltmeyer<br />

(breeder: Matthias Ohmen, Stinstedt) and rider<br />

Petra Middelberg looked very good placing<br />

forth in <strong>the</strong> final qualification for young<br />
