Martínez was born<br />

Calle 10, Nro. 9 – 74: En esta casa nació el doctor<br />

<strong>Fe</strong>rnando Gómez Martínez (1897 -1985), distinguido<br />

periodista, escritor, político y diplomático. El más notable<br />

personaje <strong>de</strong> la ciudad <strong>de</strong> <strong>Antioquia</strong> en el siglo XX.<br />

Martínez was born here (1897-1985). He was an<br />

outstanding journalist, writer, politician and diplomat. He<br />

is the most notorious character in the city of <strong>Antioquia</strong> in<br />

9 – 47 y el <strong>de</strong>l Museo Juan <strong>de</strong>l Corral (Calle 11, Nro. 9<br />

– 77), fue la casa <strong>de</strong>l célebre constructor <strong>de</strong> la Catedral,<br />

Juan Esteban Martínez y <strong>Fe</strong>rreiro.<br />

“Casa <strong>de</strong>l Sacerdote” (the priest’s house). It has been<br />

expan<strong>de</strong>d out to the space of Calle 11, Nro. 9 – 47 and<br />

the space of the Juan <strong>de</strong>l Corral Museum (Calle 11 Nro.<br />

9 – 77), it was the house of the well-known Cathedral<br />

constructor, Juan Esteban Marínez y <strong>Fe</strong>rreiro.<br />
