ACCESIBLE Es una forma democrática de movilidad que te aporta autonomía de manera económica, limpia y eficiente. DIVERTIDO Es una actividad que vigoriza tu cuerpo y activa tus sentidos. La interacción con el medio que te rodea es muy estimulante. La bicicleta es un vehículo que te otorga independencia. SALUDABLE Al adoptarlo como estilo de vida fortalece tu sistema inmune, contribuye a tu salud. Esta demostrado que reduce los niveles de colesterol en la sangre y el estrés, fortalece el corazón e incrementa los niveles de energía, entre otros beneficios. No es una actividad extenuante, puede practicarse con cualquier nivel de intensidad, lo que hace del ciclismo una actividad disfrutable para todas las edades y distintos niveles de condición física. BENÉFICO Es un vehículo que favorece la sustentabilidad al utilizar menos espacio en la vía pública; no deteriora la vialidad y contribuye a mejorar la fluidez del tránsito; es una manera ecológica de transportarse en la ciudad.
