Pneumatic and water mould connections are highly integrated
into the injection machine to ensure quick mould changeover.
User-friendly HMI, engineered by Sacmi, allows easy machine
set-up and fine-tuning, just entering preforms data, i.e. main
dimensions and thickness.
Machine set-up time (unproductive time) is drastically reduced,
while no highly skilled or experienced operators are needed
to run the machine.

Las conexiones neumáticas e hidráulicas de los moldes están
perfectamente integradas en la máquina de inyección para
asegurar cambios de molde rápidos.
Con la interfaz hombre-màquina (HMI), ingenierizada por Sacmi
y muy fácil de usar, es muy sencillo regular y poner a punto
la máquina ya que solo se han de introducir los datos de las
preformas, es decir, las dimensiones principales y el espesor.
Los tiempos de regulación de la máquina (tiempo improductivo)
se han reducido drásticamente y no se requieren operadores
altamente cualificados o con mucha experiencia para hacer
funcionar la máquina.
