• 1ra. Cepa R a Fluconazol <strong>de</strong> paciente no-VIH (1996),<br />

presentó co-resistencia a:<br />

– Clotrimazol, ketoconazol e itraconazol<br />

• Este fenómeno se observa pr<strong>in</strong>cipalmente en:<br />

– C. glabrata y C. krusei<br />

• De 29 cepas R a fluconazol (33 C. albicans y 26 C. krusei)<br />

– 28 (97%) fueron sensibles a voriconazol<br />
