biography
After the early stages of development, in 2020, Brian O’Conor v1.0,
the first human with an external memory, will be born. After him, many
others will be born…An external memory will allow people to load and
download information in it, which will be a revolution. Humans will be
able to effortlessly store information, share it and duplicate it, thus making
it possible for different individuals to have the same memories.
They will even be able to exchange it and, in this way, change bodies. To
feel and remember experiences without having lived them and to donate
memories once the physical body has died.
Babies will be able to learn while they sleep or eat; languages will be
transferred to them from a baby bottle or a pacifier. And we will also be
able to remember the way back home thanks to a walking stick.
Pablo Carrascal was born in 1984
in Zamora, Spain, where he grew up
in a very creatively stimulating
environment._His uncles, who were
artists and craftsmen, allowed
him to learn first hand how the
workshop worked and to collaborate
with them. He learned about graphic
design, photography, woodwork
and metalwork, but, above all, he
learned to observe…
He graduated in 2007 as a Technical
Engineer in Industrial Design
from the Polytechnic University
of Valencia, after completing
various courses of study at
different universities in Spain
and Mexico. Self-taught and with
a great interest in travelling
and experimenting in different
disciplines, Pablo aims to
understand the different areas
involved in the creative process.
