[F] Option setup<br />
Pump operation<br />
The pump operation field setting apply to the pump operation logic<br />
only when DIP switch SS2-3 is OFF.<br />
When the pump operation function is disabled the pump will stop if<br />
the outdoor temperature is higher than the value set by [4-02] or if the<br />
outdoor temperature drops below the value set by [F-01]. When the<br />
pump operation is enabled, the pump operation is possible at all<br />
outdoor temperatures. Refer to "Pump operation configuration" on<br />
page 23.<br />
■ [F-00] Pump operation: specifies wether the pump operation<br />
function is enabled (1) or disabled (0).<br />
Space cooling permission<br />
■ [F-01] Space cooling permission temperature: defines the<br />
outdoor temperature below which space cooling is turned off.<br />
This function is only valid for EKHBX when space<br />
cooling is selected.<br />
Bottom plate heater control<br />
Applies only to installation with an outdoor unit ERLQ or in case the<br />
option bottom plate heater kit is installed.<br />
■ [F-02] Bottom plate heater ON temperature: defines the<br />
outdoor temperature below which the bottom plate heater will<br />
be activated by indoor unit in order to prevent ice build-up in<br />
the bottom plate of the outdoor unit at lower outdoor<br />
temperatures.<br />
■ [F-03] Bottom plate heater hysteresis: defines the<br />
temperature difference between bottom plate heater ON<br />
temperature and the bottom plate heater OFF temperature.<br />

Outdoor temperature<br />
CAUTION<br />
The bottom plate heater is controlled via X14A. Make sure<br />
[F-04] is correctly set.<br />
Functionality of X14A<br />
■ [F-04] Functionality of X14A: specifies if the logic of X14A<br />
follows the output signal for the solar kit model (EKSOLHW)<br />
EKHBH/X_AA/AB (0) or if the logic of X14A follows the<br />
output for the bottom plate heater (1).<br />
NOTE<br />
Independent from field setting [F-04], the contact<br />
X3-X4 (EKRP1HB) follows the logic of the output<br />
signal for the solar kit model (EKSOLHW). See figure<br />
below for the schematic location of this contact.<br />
