The heating is turned off if themaximum operating pressure of 4 bar isreached in the boiler and is reactivated incase of a pressure drop in the boiler due tosteam tapping.Boiler thermostatIf, in case of a malfunction, there is no waterin the boiler, the temperature in the boilerrises. The boiler thermostat turns off theheating. Once the boiler is filled, normal operationcan continue.Safety thermostatThe safety thermostat turns off the applianceif the boiler thermostat and the pressurecontroller fails and the applianceoverheats in case of a malfunction. Pleasecontact your local KÄRCHER customerservice to arrange for the reset of the safetythermostat.Maintenance lockThe maintenance lock acts as a pressurecontrol valve at the same time.
