-167-En Jesus son dos los molinos que pueden procesar 0.075 TM/hora y almacenan 750TM de producto terminado.En Cajabamba hay 6 molinos que pueden procesar hasta 40 arrobas diarias y en SanMarcos hay 3 molinos que pueden procesar hasta 10 arrobas por di'a.5.6.5.6 COMERCIALIZACION DE MENESTRASEste grupo de productos presenta un proceso de comercializacion similar al del mafz y trigo.El producto lenteja tiene importancia en el proceso de comercializacion ya que sus flujossolo son superados por los de los productos came, leche y papa.El flujo total de ingreso fue de 674,212 kgs. el ano 1977 de los cuales quedaron en elmercado'de Cajamarca 38,367 kg. (6o/o). El principal mercado externo fue el de la ciudadde Trujillo seguido por el de la ciudad de Chiclayo.La produccion se concentra mayormente en los meses de enero, agosto, setiembre, octubre ydiciembre sin dejar de haber flujos regulares en los demas meses. El esquema del canal decomercializacion se muestra en el Grafico No V-10.5.6.5.7 COMERCIALIZACION OE PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS BASICOSLa comercializacion de estos productos se encuentra bajo control de las Agendas deComercializacion. La Empresa Piiblica de Servicios Agropecuaros (EPSA) comercializa elproducto arroz y la Central de Cooperativas Agrarias de Produccion Azucarera (CECOAAP)el produce azucar. (Ver Grafico NO V-11).5.6.5SCOMERCIALIZACION DE PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS BALANCEADOS Y CONCENTRA-DOSLa comercializacion de estos productos esta en manos de tres distribuidores. Dos sonparticulares que comercializan alimentos balanceados y el otro es una Coperativa deServicios que comercializa concentrados.El flujo proviene de la costa a traves de los distribuidores de las ciudades que cuentan conplantas de elaboracion (Empresas a nivel nacional). En el aiio 1977 se comercializo un totalde 1 '554,573 kgs. de estos productos.EGRESO OE PRODUCTOSDe acuerdo a la estadistica de la Agenda de Comercializacion de Cajamarca, el volumen deproductos agricolas comercializados hacia fuera del ambito de estudio, alcanzo los 4,831 TMen el ano 1977; asimismo el egreso de ganado llego a 15,094 cabezas de ganado caprino. Elegreso de leche estuvd representado por 26,500 TM de leche fresca en su equivalente deleche precondensada. (Ver Cuadro No V-43).
