ABSTRACTThis thesis aims to know the current situation which develops operating activities daily, routine,non-routine and emerging of the Secoya Modular Gas Plant by means of the execution of anEIA Ex--post of the facilities.Under this conceptualization, the Study of Environmental impact ex-Post, considers,fundamentally such written evidences as: reports, chronograms and others who allow correctingdegrees of fulfillment of an activity.To identify the Environmental Impacts associated with the processes of industrialization of theSecoya Modular Plant to evaluate the potential impacts that can take place during the operationof the same one.Activities of construction and operation of the project they present some environmental impactsfrom which we distinguish the following ones:‣ Emanation of gaseous emission during the phase of production.‣ Waste burned directly in the soil to opened sky and near the vegetation, this wasteproduces alteration of the nutrients in the soil and the atmosphere.‣ The solid waste product both of the industrial processes and of the servants, they are nothandled adequately, since in several cases they are arranged in a direct way on the soiland areas of vegetation.‣ In relation to the black and gray waters that are produced by domestic processes, theyare spilt to the environment and drag with it pollutant products like disinfectants,detergents, solvents of cleanliness.Develop environmentally proposal to prevent and mitigate the impacts of the process, the samewill constitute a tool that will able to manage oil operations attached to the existingenvironmental law in a way sustainable.17
