Group cancellation policies from may 01st. to october 31st. ALOJAMINETO | ACCOMMODATION · Cancellations received forty-five (45) days prior to the client's arrival date: no penalty is applied. · Cancellations made between thirty and forty-four (30 and 44) days prior to the client's arrival date: a 50% penalty will be applied to the total reservation. · Cancellations received less than twenty-nine (29) days from the client's arrival date, or in case of “no-show”: the total charge for the stay will be applied. Group cancellation Policies from november 01st. to april 30th. · Cancellations received sixty (60) days prior to the client's arrival date: no penalty is applied. · Cancellations made between forty-five and fifty-nine (45 and 59) days prior to the client's arrival date: a 50% penalty will be applied to the total reservation. Cancellations received less than forty-four (44) days from the client's arrival date, or in case of "no show": the total charge for the stay will be applied. Regarding the rates for the guide rooms, the following applies: High season: For nine (9) or more rooms, a 50% discount will be given in the guide's room. For eight (8) or fewer rooms, the guide's room must be paid equally. Low season: For five or more rooms, a 75% discount will be given in the guide's room. For four or fewer rooms, the guide's room must be paid equally. The driver's room must be covered in its entirety in both seasons. 13
