Payments and confirmations
1. Payments to confirm a lodging reservation will be in cash, bank transfer
(ACH), Yappy or with authorization to credit card charges (visa or master
card).
2. If the payment is from an international bank account, the agency
assumes the full amount of the international surcharge charged by the
bank.
3. All reservations must be guaranteed by some method of payment
indicated above in the name of the guest for an amount equal to the total
amount to be paid for the stay. In the event that said reservation is not
guaranteed, the hotel will not be obliged to keep the reservation.
4. Depending on the reservation and the season, the client must pay from
one to the total of nights, with seven to thirty (30) days before arrival at the
hotel.
5. Green season (may to october): One night at least seven (7) days before
arrival at the hotel.
6. High season (november to april): The total of the reservation fifteen (15)
days before arrival at the hotel.
7. Holidays (National holidays, Mother's day, Christmas, new year, fairs,
carnivals, easter week, school holidays and other holidays): a deposit of 50%
of the reservation is required thirty (30) days before arrival to the hotel and
the remaining 50% fifteen (15) days before arrival at the hotel.
8. Only reservations made in writing via email issued by the hotel will be valid.
9. A room or cabin is not considered reserved until payment is made and a
confirmation sent by the hotel.
Cancellations | Refunds:
Cancellations and refunds will be subject to approval according to the type
of reservation and the season. All date changes will be subject to availability
and with the same cancellation conditions.
Cancellation Policies Individual Reservations from may 01st to october 31st
· Cancellations received fifteen (15) days before the client's arrival date: no
penalty applied.
· Cancellations made between eight and fourteen (8 and 14) days before
the client's arrival date: a 50% penalty will be applied to the total reservation.
· Cancellations received less than seven (7) days before the client's arrival
date, or in case of “no-show”: the total charge for the stay will be applied.
