Tree Trek Boquete Adventure Park, un parque 

temático a más de 1800 (m.s.n.m.) en las 

montañas de Chiriquí, Panamá enclavados en 

el bosque nuboso que rodea el parque Internacional 

La Amistad, le ofrecemos nuestra propia 

reserva natural de cuarenta (40) hectáreas como 

destino para sus próximas vacaciones, ya sea que 

disfrute de caminatas a través de puentes 

colgantes, observar aves, experiencias sensoriales 

de cata de café, cata de té única en C.A., cata 

de ron método La Solera, una excitante aventura 

viajando por cables a través de las copas de los 

árboles o un divertido recorrido por el apiario. 

Contamos con una abundante flora y fauna donde 

podrás encontrar, con algo de suerte, algunos 

ejemplares en su estado natural. Este también es

that surrounds the International La Amistad, we offer you our own natural 

reserve of forty (40) hectares as destination for your next vacation, whether 

you enjoy walks across hanging bridges, bird watching, sensory experiences 

like coffee tasting, unique tea tasting in Central America, tasting of La Solera 

method rum, exciting adventure traveling by wires through the tops of the 

trees or having fun in our bee tour. 

We have an abundant flora and fauna where you can find, with some luck, 

some specimens in their natural state. this is also the perfect place to have 

a meeting with him splendid quetzal, one of the most beautiful and 

extravagant birds of Central America.

Nuestro Restaurante Río Cristal en Tree Trek Boquete Adventure Park, es un 

sitio encantador, que ofrece una oferta gastronómica estructurada en la 

alimentación saludable utilizando la mayoría de los productos que sé 

cosechan en el área de Boquete consiguiendo así la mezcla perfecta para 

satisfacer a nuestros huéspedes y visitantes. El restaurante ofrece una 

terraza abierta para disfrutar del paisaje y del clima y una área cerrada 

para disfrutar de un desayuno, almuerzo o cena. 

Nuestro bar un lugar muy agradable y cómodo para que nuestros clientes 

puedan disfrutar de una deliciosa bebida o una taza de café mientras 

disfrutan al lado de la chimenea con un espectacular escenario con vista 

a la montaña. Dentro del restaurante Río Cristal podrás encontrar nuestro 

deck privado ideal para grupos con la posibilidad de celebrar eventos 

sociales y corporativos. 

Our Río Cristal Restaurant in Tree Trek Boquete Adventure 

Park, is a charming place, offering a structured 

gastronomic offer in healthy eating using most of the 

products that are harvested in the Boquete area, thus 

obtaining the perfect mix to satisfy our guests and visitors. 

The restaurant offers an open terrace to enjoy the 

landscape and the weather and a closed area to enjoy 

breakfast, lunch or dinner. 

Our bar is a very nice and comfortable place for our 

customers to enjoy a delicious drink or a cup of coffee 

while enjoying the fireplace next to a spectacular setting 

overlooking the mountain. 

Inside the Río Cristal restaurant, you can find our private 

deck ideal for groups with the possibility of holding 

social and corporate events.

ALOJAMINETO | ACCOMMODATION 

· Servicios que incluye la tarifa: alojamiento, desayuno especial de la 

casa, conexión a internet wifi (de acuerdo a las inclemencias climatológicas, 

la velocidad puede fluctuar), cajilla de seguridad en la 

habitación, amenidades, tv satelital y balcón privado. 

· Servicios que no incluye la tarifa: servicio de lavandería, consumos de 

mini bar, almuerzos, cenas, llamadas locales o internacionales, otros 

servicios no especificado en la tarifa como actividades. 

· Niños en familia: Los menores de cinco años se hospedan gratuitamente 

en la misma habitación que pague un adulto y duerme en camas 

existentes. 

· Persona adicional: Pagan un porcentaje adicional por noche e incluye 

desayuno e impuesto. Esto es para adultos o niños mayores de cinco años. 

· Garantía: Para garantizar la reserva en todas las situaciones se deberá 

cancelar el 100% de la primera noche de alojamiento de acuerdo a su 

plan de hospedaje. 

· Check in | Check out: 

1. Su habitación, domo o cabaña estará disponible desde las 3:00 p.m. 

(15:00 hrs.), el registro de entrada anticipada está sujeto a un costo

2. La hora de salida de las habitaciones, domos o cabañas será a las 

12:00 m.d. 

3. En el caso de que entregue su alojamiento después de las 12:00 m.d. 

sin la previa autorización del personal del hotel, Tree Trek Boquete 

Adventure Park se reserva el derecho de cargarle a su cuenta $30.00 si es 

en habitación, $60.00 si es en cabaña y $90.00 si es el domo. Después de 

las 2:00 p.m. (14:00 hrs.) se le aplicará la tarifa de una noche (sujeto a 

disponibilidad). 

· Ruidos: Después de las 9:00 p.m. (21:00 hrs.) no se permite hacer ruidos 

tales como música alta, charlas con voz elevada o cualquiera que 

fuera el caso que interfiera con el descanso de los otros huéspedes 

fuera de las habitaciones, domos o cabañas, omitir esta norma resultara 

en la cancelación de su reserva sin derecho a reembolso y se solicitara el 

desalojo inmediato de la propiedad. 

· Llaves: Si pierde o daña las llaves de la habitación, domo o cabaña, 

Tree Trek Boquete Adventure Park se reserva el derecho de cargarle 

a su cuenta $20.00.

General lodging policies | Tree Trek Boquete 


· Services included in the rate: accommodation, special house breakfast, 

Wi-Fi internet connection (speed may fluctuate according to 

inclement weather), safety box in the room, amenities, satellite tv and 

private balcony. 

· Services that the rate does not include: laundry service, mini bar 

consumptions, lunches, dinners, local or international calls, other services 

not specified in the rate such as activities. 

· Family children: Children under five years of age stay for free in the 

same room paid by an adult and sleep in existing beds. 

· Additional person: They pay an additional percentage per night and 

includes breakfast and tax. This is for adults or children over the age of 

five. 

· Guarantee: To guarantee the reservation in all situations, 100% of the 

first night of accommodation must be canceled according to your 

accommodation plan. 

· Check in | Check out: 

1. Your room, dome or cabin will be available from 3:00 p.m., (15:00) 

early check-in is subject to an additional cost. (subject to availability). 

2. The departure time from your lodging will be at 12:00 noon. 

3. In the event that the lodging is delivered after 12:00 p.m. without the 

prior authorization of the hotel staff, Tree Trek Boquete Adventure Park 

reserves the right to charge your account $30.00 if it is in the room, $60.00 

if it is in the cabin and $90.00 if it is at the dome. After 2:00 p.m. (14:00) 

the one night rate will be applied (subject to availability). 

· Noise: After 9:00 p.m. (21:00) it is not allowed to make noises such as 

loud music, talks with a raised voice or whatever the case may interfere 

with the rest of the other guests outside the rooms, domes, cabins, 

omitting this rule will result in the cancellation of your reservation without 

the right to reimbursement and the immediate eviction of the property 

will be requested. 

· Keys: If you lose or damage the keys to the room, dome or cabin, Tree 

Trek Boquete Adventure Park reserves the right to charge your account 

$20.00.

Pagos y confirmaciones 

1. Los pagos para confirmar una reservación de hospedaje serán en 

efectivo, transferencia bancaria (ACH), Yappy o con autorización a cargos 

de tarjetas de crédito (visa o master card). 

2. Si el pago es de una cuenta bancaria internacional, la agencia asume 

la totalidad del monto del recargo internacional cobrado por el banco. 

3. Toda reserva deberá ser garantizada mediante algún método de pago 

indicado anteriormente a nombre del huésped por una cantidad igual al 

monto total a pagar por la estancia. En caso de que dicha reserva no sé 

garantice, el hotel no estará obligado a mantener la reserva. 

4. Dependiendo de la reserva y la temporada, el cliente deberá pagar de 

una al total de noches con siete a treinta días antes de la llegada al hotel. 

5. Temporada verde (mayo a octubre): Una noche como mínimo siete días 

antes de la llegada al hotel. 

6. Temporada alta (noviembre a abril): El total de la reserva quince (15) días 

antes de la llegada al Hotel. 

7. Días festivos (fiestas patrias, día de la madre, navidad, año nuevo, ferias, 

carnavales, semana santa, vacaciones escolares y otros días feriados): sé 

requiere el depósito del 50% de la reserva con treinta (30) días antes de la 

llegada al hotel y el 50% restante quince (15) días antes de la llegada al 

hotel. 

8. Solo serán válidas las reservaciones que se hagan por escrito a través de 

correo electrónico emitido por el hotel. 

9. No se considera reservada una habitación o cabaña hasta que el pago 

sea hecho y enviado una confirmación por el hotel. 

Cancelaciones |Reembolsos: 

Las cancelaciones y reembolsos, estarán sujetos a aprobación de acuerdo 

al tipo de reservación y la temporada. Todos los cambios de fecha estarán 

sujetos a disponibilidad y con las mismas condiciones de las cancelaciones.

· Las cancelaciones recibidas quince (15) días antes de la fecha de

· Las cancelaciones hechas entre ocho a catorce (8 a 14) días antes de 

la fecha de arribo del cliente: se aplicará una penalidad del 50% sobre 

el total de la reservación. 

· Las cancelaciones recibidas a menos de siete (7) días antes de la 

fecha de arribo del cliente, o en caso de “no presentarse”: el total del 

cargo de la estadía será aplicado.

Payments and confirmations 

1. Payments to confirm a lodging reservation will be in cash, bank transfer 

(ACH), Yappy or with authorization to credit card charges (visa or master 

card). 

2. If the payment is from an international bank account, the agency 

assumes the full amount of the international surcharge charged by the 

bank. 

3. All reservations must be guaranteed by some method of payment 

indicated above in the name of the guest for an amount equal to the total 

amount to be paid for the stay. In the event that said reservation is not 

guaranteed, the hotel will not be obliged to keep the reservation. 

4. Depending on the reservation and the season, the client must pay from 

one to the total of nights, with seven to thirty (30) days before arrival at the 

hotel. 

5. Green season (may to october): One night at least seven (7) days before 

arrival at the hotel. 

6. High season (november to april): The total of the reservation fifteen (15) 

days before arrival at the hotel. 

7. Holidays (National holidays, Mother's day, Christmas, new year, fairs, 

carnivals, easter week, school holidays and other holidays): a deposit of 50% 

of the reservation is required thirty (30) days before arrival to the hotel and 

the remaining 50% fifteen (15) days before arrival at the hotel. 

8. Only reservations made in writing via email issued by the hotel will be valid. 

9. A room or cabin is not considered reserved until payment is made and a 

confirmation sent by the hotel. 

Cancellations | Refunds: 

Cancellations and refunds will be subject to approval according to the type 

of reservation and the season. All date changes will be subject to availability 

and with the same cancellation conditions. 

Cancellation Policies Individual Reservations from may 01st to october 31st 

· Cancellations received fifteen (15) days before the client's arrival date: no 

penalty applied. 

· Cancellations made between eight and fourteen (8 and 14) days before 

the client's arrival date: a 50% penalty will be applied to the total reservation. 

· Cancellations received less than seven (7) days before the client's arrival 

date, or in case of “no-show”: the total charge for the stay will be applied.

· Las cancelaciones recibidas treinta (30) días antes de la fecha de 

arribo del cliente: sin penalidad aplicada. 

· Las cancelaciones hechas entre el quince y veintinueve (15 a 29) días 

antes de la fecha de arribo del cliente: se aplicará una penalidad del 

50% sobre el total de la reservación. 

· Las cancelaciones recibidas a menos de catorce (14) días antes de la 



Para las reservas realizadas y pagadas el mismo día de la estadía no se 

aplicará cambios ni cancelaciones. Por lo que se hará el cargo de “no 

show”; que corresponde al monto pagado. 

No show: De no realizarse el cambio o cancelación en el tiempo y 

forma antes mencionada, o en caso de no presentarse en la fecha 

reservada se hará el cargo total de su reserva sin derecho a reembolso. 

No se realizarán cargos por cambio de fecha, siempre que el motivo 

del cambio y / o cancelación esté debidamente fundamentado por los 

siguientes motivos: 

· Por muerte o enfermedad de uno de los pasajeros de la reserva hotelera, 

cónyuges, compañero o compañera permanente, familiares hasta 

el segundo grado de consanguinidad, primero de afinidad y primero 

civil. 

· Covid-19: Toda cancelación deberá ser solicitada con anticipación de 

máximo veinticuatro (24) horas enviando el documento que respalde 

que en efecto el dueño de la reserva se encuentra contagiado. 

1. Debe enviar documentación dentro de los siguientes siete (7) días 

para validar la información. 

2. Una vez se confirme que el documento es válido, usted podrá o solicitar 

aplicar nota de crédito para una futura reserva por los servicios previos 

pagados. 

Los reembolsos por cancelaciones aprobadas por el hotel se estarán 

procesando dentro de un plazo de tiempo de siete a diez (7 a 10) días 

hábiles luego de llenar el documento perteneciente a dicho reembolso.

Cancellation policies individual reservations from november 1st. to april 31st. 


· Cancellations received thirty (30) days before the client's arrival date: no 

penalty applied. 

· Cancellations made between fifteen to twenty-nine (15 to 29) days before 

the client's arrival date: a 50% penalty will be applied to the total reservation. 

· Cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days before the client's arrival 

date, or in case of "no-show": the total charge for the stay will be applied. 

For reservations made and paid on the same day of stay, no changes or 

cancellations will be applied. So the charge of "no show" will be made; 

which corresponds to the amount paid. 

· No show: If the change or cancellation is not made in the time and manner 

mentioned above, or in case of no show on the reserved date, the total 

charge of your reservation will be made without the right to reimbursement. 

No charges will be made for change of date, provided that the reason for 

the change and / or cancellation is duly supported by the following reasons: 

· Due to the death or illness of one of the passengers of the hotel reservation, 

spouses, partner or permanent companion, relatives up to the second 

degree of consanguinity, first of affinity and first civil. 

· Covid-19: All cancellation must be requested in advance of a maximum of 

twenty-four (24) hours by sending the document that supports that in effect 

the owner of the reservation is infected.

information. 

2. Once it is confirmed that the document is valid, you can or request to 

apply a credit note for a future reservation for the previously paid services. 

Refunds for cancellations approved by the hotel will be processed within a

· Las cancelaciones recibidas cuarenta y cinco (45) días previos a la

· Las cancelaciones hechas entre treinta y cuarenta y cuatro (30 y 44) 

días previos a la fecha de arribo del cliente: se aplicará una penalidad 

del 50% sobre el total de la reservación. 

· Las cancelaciones recibidas a menos de veintinueve (29) días de la

una penalidad del 50% sobre el total de la reservación. 

· Las cancelaciones recibidas a menos de cuarenta y cuatro (44) días 

de la fecha de arribo del cliente, 

o en caso de “no presentarse”: el total del cargo de la estadía será 

aplicado. 

En cuanto a las tarifas para las habitaciones de guía, aplica lo siguiente: 

Temporada alta: 

Para nueve o más habitaciones se les otorgará el 50% de descuento en 

la habitación del guía. 

Para ocho o menos habitaciones, la habitación del guía deberá ser 

pagada por igual. 

Temporada baja: 

Para cinco (5) o más habitaciones se les otorgará el 75% de descuento 

en la habitación del guía. 

Para cuatro (4) o menos habitaciones, la habitación del guía deberá 

ser pagada por igual. 

La habitación del transportista debe ser cubierta en su totalidad en 

ambas temporadas.

Group cancellation policies from may 01st. to october 31st. 


· Cancellations received forty-five (45) days prior to the client's arrival

· Cancellations received sixty (60) days prior to the client's arrival date: 

no penalty is applied. 

· Cancellations made between forty-five and fifty-nine (45 and 59) days 

prior to the client's arrival date: a 50% penalty will be applied to the total 

reservation. 

Cancellations received less than forty-four (44) days from the client's 

arrival date, or in case of "no show": the total charge for the stay will be 

applied. 

Regarding the rates for the guide rooms, the following applies: 

High season: 

For nine (9) or more rooms, a 50% discount will be given in the guide's 

room. 

For eight (8) or fewer rooms, the guide's room must be paid equally. 

Low season: 

For five or more rooms, a 75% discount will be given in the guide's room. 

For four or fewer rooms, the guide's room must be paid equally. 

The driver's room must be covered in its entirety in both seasons.
