Payments and confirmations<br />

1. Payments to confirm a lodging reservation will be in cash, bank transfer<br />

(ACH), Yappy or with authorization to credit card charges (visa or master<br />

card).<br />

2. If the payment is from an international bank account, the agency<br />

assumes the full amount of the international surcharge charged by the<br />

bank.<br />

3. All reservations must be guaranteed by some method of payment<br />

indicated above in the name of the guest for an amount equal to the total<br />

amount to be paid for the stay. In the event that said reservation is not<br />

guaranteed, the hotel will not be obliged to keep the reservation.<br />

4. Depending on the reservation and the season, the client must pay from<br />

one to the total of nights, with seven to thirty (30) days before arrival at the<br />

hotel.<br />

5. Green season (may to october): One night at least seven (7) days before<br />

arrival at the hotel.<br />

6. High season (november to april): The total of the reservation fifteen (15)<br />

days before arrival at the hotel.<br />

7. Holidays (National holidays, Mother's day, Christmas, new year, fairs,<br />

carnivals, easter week, school holidays and other holidays): a deposit of 50%<br />

of the reservation is required thirty (30) days before arrival to the hotel and<br />

the remaining 50% fifteen (15) days before arrival at the hotel.<br />

8. Only reservations made in writing via email issued by the hotel will be valid.<br />

9. A room or cabin is not considered reserved until payment is made and a<br />

confirmation sent by the hotel.<br />

Cancellations | Refunds:<br />

Cancellations and refunds will be subject to approval according to the type<br />

of reservation and the season. All date changes will be subject to availability<br />

and with the same cancellation conditions.<br />

Cancellation Policies Individual Reservations from may 01st to october 31st<br />

· Cancellations received fifteen (15) days before the client's arrival date: no<br />

penalty applied.<br />

· Cancellations made between eight and fourteen (8 and 14) days before<br />

the client's arrival date: a 50% penalty will be applied to the total reservation.<br />

· Cancellations received less than seven (7) days before the client's arrival<br />

date, or in case of “no-show”: the total charge for the stay will be applied.<br />
