General lodging policies | Tree Trek Boquete
ALOJAMINETO | ACCOMMODATION
· Services included in the rate: accommodation, special house breakfast,
Wi-Fi internet connection (speed may fluctuate according to
inclement weather), safety box in the room, amenities, satellite tv and
private balcony.
· Services that the rate does not include: laundry service, mini bar
consumptions, lunches, dinners, local or international calls, other services
not specified in the rate such as activities.
· Family children: Children under five years of age stay for free in the
same room paid by an adult and sleep in existing beds.
· Additional person: They pay an additional percentage per night and
includes breakfast and tax. This is for adults or children over the age of
five.
· Guarantee: To guarantee the reservation in all situations, 100% of the
first night of accommodation must be canceled according to your
accommodation plan.
· Check in | Check out:
1. Your room, dome or cabin will be available from 3:00 p.m., (15:00)
early check-in is subject to an additional cost. (subject to availability).
2. The departure time from your lodging will be at 12:00 noon.
3. In the event that the lodging is delivered after 12:00 p.m. without the
prior authorization of the hotel staff, Tree Trek Boquete Adventure Park
reserves the right to charge your account $30.00 if it is in the room, $60.00
if it is in the cabin and $90.00 if it is at the dome. After 2:00 p.m. (14:00)
the one night rate will be applied (subject to availability).
· Noise: After 9:00 p.m. (21:00) it is not allowed to make noises such as
loud music, talks with a raised voice or whatever the case may interfere
with the rest of the other guests outside the rooms, domes, cabins,
omitting this rule will result in the cancellation of your reservation without
the right to reimbursement and the immediate eviction of the property
will be requested.
· Keys: If you lose or damage the keys to the room, dome or cabin, Tree
Trek Boquete Adventure Park reserves the right to charge your account
$20.00.
