Cancellation policies individual reservations from november 1st. to april 31st.<br />

ALOJAMINETO | ACCOMMODATION<br />

· Cancellations received thirty (30) days before the client's arrival date: no<br />

penalty applied.<br />

· Cancellations made between fifteen to twenty-nine (15 to 29) days before<br />

the client's arrival date: a 50% penalty will be applied to the total reservation.<br />

· Cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days before the client's arrival<br />

date, or in case of "no-show": the total charge for the stay will be applied.<br />

For reservations made and paid on the same day of stay, no changes or<br />

cancellations will be applied. So the charge of "no show" will be made;<br />

which corresponds to the amount paid.<br />

· No show: If the change or cancellation is not made in the time and manner<br />

mentioned above, or in case of no show on the reserved date, the total<br />

charge of your reservation will be made without the right to reimbursement.<br />

No charges will be made for change of date, provided that the reason for<br />

the change and / or cancellation is duly supported by the following reasons:<br />

· Due to the death or illness of one of the passengers of the hotel reservation,<br />

spouses, partner or permanent companion, relatives up to the second<br />

degree of consanguinity, first of affinity and first civil.<br />

· Covid-19: All cancellation must be requested in advance of a maximum of<br />

twenty-four (24) hours by sending the document that supports that in effect<br />

the owner of the reservation is infected.<br />

1. You must submit documentation within the next seven days to validate the<br />

information.<br />

2. Once it is confirmed that the document is valid, you can or request to<br />

apply a credit note for a future reservation for the previously paid services.<br />

Refunds for cancellations approved by the hotel will be processed within a<br />

period of seven to ten (7 to 10) business days after filling out the document<br />

pertaining to said refund.<br />
