Tree Trek Boquete Adventure Park, un parque<br />
temático a más de 1800 (m.s.n.m.) en las<br />

reserva natural de cuarenta (40) hectáreas como<br />

you enjoy walks across hanging bridges, bird watching, sensory experiences<br />

Nuestro Restaurante Río Cristal en Tree Trek Boquete Adventure Park, es un<br />
sitio encantador, que ofrece una oferta gastronómica estructurada en la<br />
alimentación saludable utilizando la mayoría de los productos que sé<br />
cosechan en el área de Boquete consiguiendo así la mezcla perfecta para<br />
satisfacer a nuestros huéspedes y visitantes. El restaurante ofrece una<br />
terraza abierta para disfrutar del paisaje y del clima y una área cerrada<br />
para disfrutar de un desayuno, almuerzo o cena.<br />
Nuestro bar un lugar muy agradable y cómodo para que nuestros clientes<br />
puedan disfrutar de una deliciosa bebida o una taza de café mientras<br />
disfrutan al lado de la chimenea con un espectacular escenario con vista<br />
a la montaña. Dentro del restaurante Río Cristal podrás encontrar nuestro<br />
deck privado ideal para grupos con la posibilidad de celebrar eventos<br />

Park, is a charming place, offering a structured<br />
gastronomic offer in healthy eating using most of the<br />
products that are harvested in the Boquete area, thus<br />
obtaining the perfect mix to satisfy our guests and visitors.<br />
The restaurant offers an open terrace to enjoy the<br />
landscape and the weather and a closed area to enjoy<br />
breakfast, lunch or dinner.<br />
Our bar is a very nice and comfortable place for our<br />
customers to enjoy a delicious drink or a cup of coffee<br />
while enjoying the fireplace next to a spectacular setting<br />

ALOJAMINETO | ACCOMMODATION<br />
· Servicios que incluye la tarifa: alojamiento, desayuno especial de la<br />
casa, conexión a internet wifi (de acuerdo a las inclemencias climatológicas,<br />
la velocidad puede fluctuar), cajilla de seguridad en la<br />
habitación, amenidades, tv satelital y balcón privado.<br />
· Servicios que no incluye la tarifa: servicio de lavandería, consumos de<br />
mini bar, almuerzos, cenas, llamadas locales o internacionales, otros<br />
servicios no especificado en la tarifa como actividades.<br />
· Niños en familia: Los menores de cinco años se hospedan gratuitamente<br />
en la misma habitación que pague un adulto y duerme en camas<br />
existentes.<br />
· Persona adicional: Pagan un porcentaje adicional por noche e incluye<br />
desayuno e impuesto. Esto es para adultos o niños mayores de cinco años.<br />
· Garantía: Para garantizar la reserva en todas las situaciones se deberá<br />
cancelar el 100% de la primera noche de alojamiento de acuerdo a su<br />
plan de hospedaje.<br />
· Check in | Check out:<br />

2. La hora de salida de las habitaciones o cabañas será a las 12:00 m.d.<br />
3. En el caso de que entregue la habitación después de las 12:00 m.d.<br />
sin la previa autorización del personal del hotel, Tree Trek Boquete<br />
Adventure Park se reserva el derecho de cargarle a su cuenta $30.00 si es<br />
en habitación y $60.00 si es en cabaña. Después de las 2:00 p.m. (14:00<br />
hrs.) se le aplicará la tarifa de una noche (sujeto a disponibilidad).<br />
· Ruidos: Después de las 9:00 p.m. (21:00 hrs.) no se permite hacer ruidos<br />
tales como música alta, charlas con voz elevada o cualquiera que<br />
fuera el caso que interfiera con el descanso de los otros huéspedes<br />
fuera de las habitaciones o cabañas, omitir esta norma resultara en la<br />
cancelación de su reserva sin derecho a reembolso y se solicitara el<br />
desalojo inmediato de la propiedad.<br />
· Llaves: Si pierde o daña las llaves de las habitaciones o cabañas, Tree<br />
Trek Boquete Adventure Park se reserva el derecho de cargarle a su<br />
cuenta $20.00.<br />

· Services included in the rate: accommodation, special house breakfast,<br />
Wi-Fi internet connection (speed may fluctuate according to<br />
inclement weather), safety box in the room, amenities, satellite tv and<br />
private balcony.<br />
· Services that the rate does not include: laundry service, mini bar<br />
consumptions, lunches, dinners, local or international calls, other services<br />
not specified in the rate such as activities.<br />
· Family children: Children under five years of age stay for free in the<br />
same room paid by an adult and sleep in existing beds.<br />
· Additional person: They pay an additional percentage per night and<br />
includes breakfast and tax. This is for adults or children over the age of<br />
five.<br />
· Guarantee: To guarantee the reservation in all situations, 100% of the<br />
first night of accommodation must be canceled according to your<br />
accommodation plan.<br />
· Check in | Check out:<br />
1. Your room or cabin will be available from 3:00 p.m., (15:00) early<br />
check-in is subject to an additional cost. (subject to availability).<br />
2. The departure time from the rooms or cabins will be at 12:00 noon.<br />
3. In the event that the room is delivered after 12:00 p.m. without the<br />
prior authorization of the hotel staff, Tree Trek Boquete Adventure Park<br />
reserves the right to charge your account $30.00 if it is in the room and<br />
$60.00 if it is in the cabin. After 2:00 p.m. (14:00) the one night rate will<br />
be applied (subject to availability).<br />
· Noise: After 9:00 p.m. (21:00) it is not allowed to make noises such as<br />
loud music, talks with a raised voice or whatever the case may interfere<br />
with the rest of the other guests outside the rooms or cabins, omitting this<br />
rule will result in the cancellation of your reservation without the right to<br />
reimbursement and the immediate eviction of the property will be<br />
requested.<br />
· Keys: If you lose or damage the keys to the rooms or cabins, Tree Trek<br />
Boquete Adventure Park reserves the right to charge your account<br />
$20.00.<br />

ALOJAMINETO | ACCOMMODATION<br />
Pagos y confirmaciones<br />
1. Los pagos para confirmar una reservación de hospedaje serán en<br />
efectivo, transferencia bancaria (ACH), Yappy o con autorización a cargos<br />
de tarjetas de crédito (visa o master card).<br />
2. Si el pago es de una cuenta bancaria internacional, la agencia asume<br />
la totalidad del monto del recargo internacional cobrado por el banco.<br />
3. Toda reserva deberá ser garantizada mediante algún método de pago<br />
indicado anteriormente a nombre del huésped por una cantidad igual al<br />
monto total a pagar por la estancia. En caso de que dicha reserva no sé<br />
garantice, el hotel no estará obligado a mantener la reserva.<br />
4. Dependiendo de la reserva y la temporada, el cliente deberá pagar de<br />
una al total de noches con siete a treinta días antes de la llegada al hotel.<br />
5. Temporada verde (mayo a octubre): Una noche como mínimo siete días<br />
antes de la llegada al hotel.<br />
6. Temporada alta (noviembre a abril): El total de la reserva quince (15) días<br />
antes de la llegada al Hotel.<br />
7. Días festivos (fiestas patrias, día de la madre, navidad, año nuevo, ferias,<br />
carnavales, semana santa, vacaciones escolares y otros días feriados): sé<br />
requiere el depósito del 50% de la reserva con treinta (30) días antes de la<br />
llegada al hotel y el 50% restante quince (15) días antes de la llegada al<br />
hotel.<br />
8. Solo serán válidas las reservaciones que se hagan por escrito a través de<br />
correo electrónico emitido por el hotel.<br />
9. No se considera reservada una habitación o cabaña hasta que el pago<br />
sea hecho y enviado una confirmación por el hotel.<br />
Cancelaciones |Reembolsos:<br />
Las cancelaciones y reembolsos, estarán sujetos a aprobación de acuerdo<br />
al tipo de reservación y la temporada. Todos los cambios de fecha estarán<br />
sujetos a disponibilidad y con las mismas condiciones de las cancelaciones.<br />
Políticas de cancelación reservas individuales del 01 mayo al 31 de octubre<br />
· Las cancelaciones recibidas quince (15) días antes de la fecha de<br />
arribo del cliente: sin penalidad aplicada.<br />
· Las cancelaciones hechas entre ocho a catorce (8 a 14) días antes de<br />
la fecha de arribo del cliente: se aplicará una penalidad del 50% sobre<br />
el total de la reservación.<br />
· Las cancelaciones recibidas a menos de siete (7) días antes de la<br />
fecha de arribo del cliente, o en caso de “no presentarse”: el total del<br />
cargo de la estadía será aplicado.<br />

Payments and confirmations<br />
1. Payments to confirm a lodging reservation will be in cash, bank transfer<br />
(ACH), Yappy or with authorization to credit card charges (visa or master<br />
card).<br />
2. If the payment is from an international bank account, the agency<br />
assumes the full amount of the international surcharge charged by the<br />
bank.<br />
3. All reservations must be guaranteed by some method of payment<br />
indicated above in the name of the guest for an amount equal to the total<br />
amount to be paid for the stay. In the event that said reservation is not<br />
guaranteed, the hotel will not be obliged to keep the reservation.<br />
4. Depending on the reservation and the season, the client must pay from<br />
one to the total of nights, with seven to thirty (30) days before arrival at the<br />
hotel.<br />
5. Green season (may to october): One night at least seven (7) days before<br />
arrival at the hotel.<br />
6. High season (november to april): The total of the reservation fifteen (15)<br />
days before arrival at the hotel.<br />
7. Holidays (National holidays, Mother's day, Christmas, new year, fairs,<br />
carnivals, easter week, school holidays and other holidays): a deposit of 50%<br />
of the reservation is required thirty (30) days before arrival to the hotel and<br />
the remaining 50% fifteen (15) days before arrival at the hotel.<br />
8. Only reservations made in writing via email issued by the hotel will be valid.<br />
9. A room or cabin is not considered reserved until payment is made and a<br />
confirmation sent by the hotel.<br />
Cancellations | Refunds:<br />
Cancellations and refunds will be subject to approval according to the type<br />
of reservation and the season. All date changes will be subject to availability<br />
and with the same cancellation conditions.<br />
Cancellation Policies Individual Reservations from may 01st to october 31st<br />
· Cancellations received fifteen (15) days before the client's arrival date: no<br />
penalty applied.<br />
· Cancellations made between eight and fourteen (8 and 14) days before<br />
the client's arrival date: a 50% penalty will be applied to the total reservation.<br />
· Cancellations received less than seven (7) days before the client's arrival<br />
date, or in case of “no-show”: the total charge for the stay will be applied.<br />

· Las cancelaciones hechas entre el quince y veintinueve (15 a 29) días<br />
antes de la fecha de arribo del cliente: se aplicará una penalidad del<br />
50% sobre el total de la reservación.<br />
· Las cancelaciones recibidas a menos de catorce (14) días antes de la<br />
fecha de arribo del cliente, o en caso de “no presentarse”: el total del<br />
cargo de la estadía será aplicado.<br />
Para las reservas realizadas y pagadas el mismo día de la estadía no se<br />
aplicará cambios ni cancelaciones. Por lo que se hará el cargo de “no<br />
show”; que corresponde al monto pagado.<br />
No show: De no realizarse el cambio o cancelación en el tiempo y<br />
forma antes mencionada, o en caso de no presentarse en la fecha<br />
reservada se hará el cargo total de su reserva sin derecho a reembolso.<br />
No se realizarán cargos por cambio de fecha, siempre que el motivo<br />
del cambio y / o cancelación esté debidamente fundamentado por los<br />
siguientes motivos:<br />
· Por muerte o enfermedad de uno de los pasajeros de la reserva hotelera,<br />
cónyuges, compañero o compañera permanente, familiares hasta<br />
el segundo grado de consanguinidad, primero de afinidad y primero<br />
civil.<br />
· Covid-19: Toda cancelación deberá ser solicitada con anticipación de<br />
máximo veinticuatro (<strong>24</strong>) horas enviando el documento que respalde<br />
que en efecto el dueño de la reserva se encuentra contagiado.<br />
1. Debe enviar documentación dentro de los siguientes siete (7) días<br />
para validar la información.<br />
2. Una vez se confirme que el documento es válido, usted podrá o solicitar<br />
aplicar nota de crédito para una futura reserva por los servicios previos<br />
pagados.<br />
Los reembolsos por cancelaciones aprobadas por el hotel se estarán<br />
procesando dentro de un plazo de tiempo de siete a diez (7 a 10) días<br />
hábiles luego de llenar el documento perteneciente a dicho reembolso.<br />

ALOJAMINETO | ACCOMMODATION<br />
· Cancellations received thirty (30) days before the client's arrival date: no<br />
penalty applied.<br />
· Cancellations made between fifteen to twenty-nine (15 to 29) days before<br />
the client's arrival date: a 50% penalty will be applied to the total reservation.<br />
· Cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days before the client's arrival<br />
date, or in case of "no-show": the total charge for the stay will be applied.<br />
For reservations made and paid on the same day of stay, no changes or<br />
cancellations will be applied. So the charge of "no show" will be made;<br />

· Covid-19: All cancellation must be requested in advance of a maximum of<br />
twenty-four (<strong>24</strong>) hours by sending the document that supports that in effect<br />

ALOJAMINETO | ACCOMMODATION<br />
· Las cancelaciones recibidas cuarenta y cinco (45) días previos a la<br />
fecha del arribo del cliente: no se aplica penalidad.<br />
· Las cancelaciones hechas entre treinta y cuarenta y cuatro (30 y 44)<br />
días previos a la fecha de arribo del cliente: se aplicará una penalidad<br />
del 50% sobre el total de la reservación.<br />
· Las cancelaciones recibidas a menos de veintinueve (29) días de la<br />
fecha de arribo del cliente, o en caso de “no presentarse”: el total del<br />
cargo de la estadía será aplicado.<br />
Políticas de cancelaciones de grupos del 01 de noviembre al 30 de abril<br />
· Las cancelaciones recibidas sesenta (60) días previos a la fecha del<br />
arribo del cliente: no se aplica penalidad.<br />
· Las cancelaciones hechas entre cuarenta y cinco a cincuenta y<br />
nueve (45 a 59) días previos a la fecha de arribo del cliente: se aplicará<br />
una penalidad del 50% sobre el total de la reservación.<br />
· Las cancelaciones recibidas a menos de cuarenta y cuatro (44) días<br />
de la fecha de arribo del cliente,<br />
o en caso de “no presentarse”: el total del cargo de la estadía será<br />
aplicado.<br />
En cuanto a las tarifas para las habitaciones de guía, aplica lo siguiente:<br />
Temporada alta:<br />
Para nueve o más habitaciones se les otorgará el 50% de descuento en<br />
la habitación del guía.<br />
Para ocho o menos habitaciones, la habitación del guía deberá ser<br />
pagada por igual.<br />
Temporada baja:<br />
Para cinco (5) o más habitaciones se les otorgará el 75% de descuento<br />
en la habitación del guía.<br />
Para cuatro (4) o menos habitaciones, la habitación del guía deberá<br />
ser pagada por igual.<br />
La habitación del transportista debe ser cubierta en su totalidad en<br />
ambas temporadas.<br />
