AD SPECS
Electronic Media and Software:
Please provide all support fi les, including logos, images
and fonts. Also include a contract color proof with the
electronic fi le. The publishers will not be held responsible
for the reproduction of ads turned in without contract
color proofs.
Acceptable Software:
Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXpress, PageMaker, Illustrator,
and High-Resolution PDF. Any ad not sent in High-Res
PDF should be accompanied by a Low-Res PDF image.
Acceptable File Media:
DVD, CD-ROM, or FTP upload in compressed formats
such as *.zip, *.sit. For FTP instructions, please contact
cramirez@b2bportales.com
Image Requirements:
• Resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
CMYK Color Format
• Images should be TIFF or EPS and linked to the
source fi le.
• Fonts used should be included and linked.
• All ads should be sized according to the print ad
measurements; all full-page ads MUST allow for a safety
margin of 5mm (1/4-inch) around all borders.
IMPORTANT: Toll free (800) numbers do not work when dialing
internationally from abroad to USA. Please refrain from using
800 numbers in your ads.
