hémodynamique et transfusion sanguine (le cas <strong>de</strong> nos<br />
trois patients) le traitement habituel est la reprise<br />
chirurgicale*.<br />
Cette reprise chirurgicale est grevée d’un taux <strong>de</strong> mortalité<br />
pouvant aller jusqu’à 20%**.<br />
Le saignement important est à craindre chez les patients<br />
ayant <strong>de</strong>s maladies inflammatoires chronique<br />
