Besök unika Kina slott i Drottningholms slottspark. Kung Adolf Fredrik
lät bygga slottet till drottning Lovisa Ulrikas födelsedag på 1750-talet.
Här levde hovet lantliv under sommardagar i frihetstidens anda. Kina
Slott är ett av Europas främsta exempel på rokokoinredning med
kineserier och ger en bild av relationerna mellan Asien och Europa
för 300 år sedan. Drottningholm med Kina slott finns upptaget på
UNESCOs världsarvlista.
The Chinese Pavilion. Visit the unique Chinese Pavilion on the Drottningholm
Palace grounds. King Adolf Fredrik built the pavilion for Queen Lovisa
Ulrika’s birthday in the 1750s. The court lived the country life here during the
summer days of the Age of Liberty. The Chinese Pavilion has one of Europe’s
best examples of rococo furnishings with chinoiserie, painting a picture of
relations between Asia and Europe 300 years ago. Drottningholm with the
Chinese Pavilion is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Chinesischer Pavillon. Der Pavillon wurde um 1750 von König Adolf Fredrik
gebaut und hier führte der Hof ein ländliches Leben. Der Pavillon wurde
gemeinsam mit dem Schloss und dem Schlosstheater in die Kulturwelterbeliste
der UNESCO aufgenommen.
