Elliptical rings on the ground floor
express the transition of the cylindrical
geometry of the foundations
into he diamond shaped upper
floors.
Each apartment has one or more
balconies with none facing north.

d’Europe à cette èpoque ; elle furent
l’emblème du nouveau Grenoble.
Des anneaux elliptiques au rez-dechaussée
expriment la transition
de la géometrie cylindrique des
fondations à la forme en diamond
