Le posizioni sono indicate da una targhetta che riporta i seguenti simboli: Posizione «STARTER» per l’avviamento Posizione «LENTO» corrispondente al regime minimo Posizione «VELOCE» corrispondente al regime massimo Durante i percorsi di trasferimento scegliere una posizione intermedia fra «LENTO» e «VELOCE»; durante il taglio è opportuno portare la leva su «VELOCE». Leva freno stazionamento Questa leva viene impiegata per impedire alla macchina di muoversi dopo averla parcheggiata e deve essere sempre innestata prima di scendere dalla macchina. Il freno si inserisce a pedale (11 - 21) completamente premuto, portando la leva in posizione «A»; quando si solleva il piede dal pedale, questo rimane abbassato e bloccato in tale posizione dalla leva. Per disinserire il freno di stazionamento, premere nuovamente il pedale e la leva si riporta in posizione «B». 4. Commutatore a chiave Questo comando a chiave ha tre posizioni: «ARRESTO» corrispondente a tutto spento «MARCIA» attiva tutti i servizi «AVVIAMENTO» si inserisce il motorino di avviamento; da questa posizione, rilasciando la chiave, questa torna automaticamente in posizione «MARCIA» 5. Spia e dispositivi di segnalazione Questa spia si accende quando la chiave (4) si trova in posizione «MARCIA» e rimane sempre accesa durante il funzionamento. Quando lampeggia significa che manca un consenso all’avviamento del motore (vedi pag. 25). Il segnale acustico, a lama innestata, avvisa che il sacco è pieno. 6. Leva innesto e freno lama Questa leva ha due posizioni, indicate da una targhetta e corrispondenti a: Posizione «A» = Lama disinnestata Posizione «B» = Lama innestata Se la lama viene innestata senza rispettare le condizioni di sicurezza previste, il motore si spegne (vedi pag. 25). Disinnestando la lama (Pos. «A»), viene contemporaneamente azionato un freno che ne arresta la rotazione entro cinque secondi. 7. Leva regolazione altezza taglio Questa leva ha sette posizioni indicate da «1» a «7» sulla relativa targhetta, corrispondenti ad altrettante altezze di taglio comprese fra 3 e 8 cm. Per passare da una posizione all’altra occorre spostare lateralmente la leva e riposizionarla in una delle sette tacche di arresto.
