7. Garanzia
Questa garanzia risponde di problemi di manifattura o
di difetti del materiale per il termine di 2 anni dalla data
dell’acquisto. Conservare l’apposito modulo e la ricevuta
d’acquisto per tutta la durata del periodo coperto dalla
garanzia, in caso di problemi questi documenti
dovranno essere spediti al produttore o al rivenditore.
E’ prerogativa del produttore decidere se rettificare,
sostituire o ridurre il prezzo del prodotto in presenza di
un pezzo difettoso. In caso di contestazione spedire
il seggiolino accompagnato dalla sopracitata
documentazione. Questa garanzia prenderà in
considerazione i prodotti manipolati in modo corretto
e che sono stati inviati puliti. La garanzia non copre
danni causati al prodotto sottoposto a eccessivo
stress, uso scorretto o trascuratezza. Attenzione, il
funzionamento difettoso delle fibbie è dovuto, a volte,
ad alimenti o altre sostanze introdotte dentro le stesse.
In questo caso lavare con acqua e sapone.
La garanzia non risponde nei seguenti casi:
- Il prodotto è stato alterato
- Il prodotto non arriva completo
- Arriva senza la ricevuta d’acquisto.
- Il difetto è dovuto a una operazione incorretta.
- Riparazioni fatte da terzi
- Difetto dovuto ad un incidente
- Il N° di lotto è stato rimosso o alterato.
- Normale logoramento dovuto all’uso.
In qualsiasi modo il produttore decida di far fronte alla
richiesta di intervento in garanzia, questo non estenderà
la durata della garanzia stessa.

7. Guarantee
This guarantee covers manufacturing or material
defects for a period of 2 years from the date of
purchase. Keep the guarantee form as well as the
receipt for the entire period of guarantee. In the event
of problems, these documents must be sent to the
manufacturer or retailer. It is the prerogative of the
manufacturer to decide whether to adjust, change or
reduce the price of the product in the event of a defective
part. In case of contestation return the child seat
accompanied by the above stated documentation.
Only properly handled products that have been
returned clean will be considered under this guarantee.
The guarantee does not cover any damage caused by
having subjected the product to excessive stress,
improper use or negligence. Warning! Malfunctioning
of the buckles is sometimes due to food or other
substances that have been dropped into them. In this
case, wash with soap and water.
The guarantee does not provide cover in the
following cases:
- If the product has been altered
- If the product is not returned complete with the
purchase receipt.
- If the defect is caused by improper use
- If repairs are carried out by third parties
- If the defect is due to an accident
- If the batch number has been removed or altered
- Normal wear and tear
The period of validity of the guarantee cannot be
extended in whatever way the manufacturer decides
to satisfy the request for repair under guarantee.
