conformément à l'article 17 <strong>du</strong> Règlement sur les marques de commerce<br />
(1996).<br />
Le registraire des marques de commerce ne peut garantir l'exactitude de<br />
cette publication, et il n'assume aucune responsabilité à l'égard des<br />
erreurs ou omissions ou des conséquences qui peuvent en résulter.<br />
Tout courrier relatif aux marques de commerce doit être adressé au<br />

Les marchandises et/ou services apparaissant directement sous la<br />
marque sont décrits dans la langue <strong>du</strong> requérant. Tout enregistrement<br />
sera restreint aux marchandises et/ou services ci-mentionnés. Les<br />
marchandises et/ou services apparaissant en second lieu sont tra<strong>du</strong>its en<br />
guise de service seulement.<br />
L'avis concernant «les jours fériés légaux» <strong>du</strong> Bureau des marques de<br />
commerce paraîtra également, dans le premier Journal de janvier et le<br />
premier Journal de juin de chaque année.<br />
JOURNAL DES MARQUES DE COMMERCE<br />
ÉLECTRONIQUE<br />
Le Journal des Marques de commerce est disponible sous forme<br />
électronique, sur le site Web de l’OPIC (http://opic.gc.ca). Le journal est<br />
disponible en format "PDF" et peut être télécharger gratuitement, vu et<br />
imprimé avec le lecteur "Adobe". La version électronique <strong>du</strong> journal est la<br />
version officielle. La version papier n’est plus considérée comme étant la<br />
version officielle.<br />
DATES DE PRODUCTION<br />
La date de pro<strong>du</strong>ction de toutes les demandes d'enregistrement de<br />
marques de commerce annoncées dans le présent Journal, y compris<br />
celles qui visent d'étendre l'état déclaratif des marchandises et/ou<br />
services d'un enregistrement existant, est indiquée en chiffres<br />
immédiatement après le numéro de dossier dans l'ordre année, mois et<br />
jour. Lorsqu'il existe une date de pro<strong>du</strong>ction actuelle et une date de<br />
priorité, la date de priorité est précédée de la lettre «P» en majuscule.<br />
Dans les demandes pour étendre l'état déclaratif des marchandises et/ou<br />
services, la date d'enregistrement initiale figure, dans le même ordre,<br />
après le numéro d'enregistrement.<br />
OPPOSITION<br />
Toute personne qui croit avoir des motifs valables d'opposition (pour les<br />
motifs d'opposition voir la section 38 de la Loi sur les marques de<br />
commerce) à une demande d'enregistrement ou à une demande pour<br />
étendre l'état déclaratif des marchandises et/ou services annoncée dans<br />
le présent Journal peut pro<strong>du</strong>ire une déclaration d'opposition auprès <strong>du</strong><br />
registraire des marques de commerce dans les deux mois suivant la date<br />
de parution de la présente publication. La déclaration doit être établie en<br />
conformité avec la formule 8 des Règlement sur les marques de<br />
commerce (1996) et doit être accompagnée <strong>du</strong> droit prescrit.<br />
Une opposition doit être fondée seulement sur la description des<br />
marchandises et/ou services apparaissant en premier lieu sous la marque<br />
en raison que les marchandises et/ou services sont décrits dans la langue<br />
dans laquelle la demande d'enregistrement a été pro<strong>du</strong>ite.<br />

The Journal is published every Wednesday in compliance with Rule 17 of<br />
the Trade-marks Regulations (1996)<br />
The Registrar of Trade-marks cannot guarantee the accuracy of this<br />
publication, nor assume any responsibility for errors or omissions or the<br />
consequence of these.<br />
All mail relating to Trade-marks should be addressed to the Registrar of<br />
Trade-marks, Gatineau, <strong>Canada</strong>, K1A 0C9.<br />
The wares and/or services appearing first under the Trade-mark are in the<br />
language filed by the applicant. Any registration will be restricted to these<br />
wares and/or services described therein. The wares and/or services<br />
appearing latterly are translations for convenience only.<br />
A notice for “Dies Non” for Trade-mark Business will also appear in the first<br />
Journal of January and the first Journal of June of each year.<br />
ELECTRONIC TRADE-MARKS JOURNAL<br />
The Trade-marks Journal is available in electronic form on the CIPO web<br />
site (http://cipo.gc.ca). The Journal is available in PDF format and can be<br />
downloaded (free of charge), viewed and printed with Adobe Reader. The<br />
electronic form of the Journal is the official version. The paper version is<br />
no longer the official version.<br />
FILING DATES<br />
The filing date of each Trade-mark application advertised in this Journal,<br />
including those to extend the statement of wares and/or services of an<br />
existing registration, is shown in numerals immediately after the file<br />
number in the sequence of Year, Month and Day. Where there is both an<br />
actual and a priority filing date, the priority filing date is preceded by the<br />
capital letter “P”. In applications to extend the statement of wares and/or<br />
services, the original registration date appears, in the same sequence,<br />
after the registration number.<br />
OPPOSITION<br />
Any person who believes that he/she has a valid ground of opposition (see<br />
Section 38 of the Trade-marks Act for the grounds of opposition) to any<br />
application for registration or to any application to extend the statement of<br />
wares and/or services advertised in this Journal may file a statement of<br />
opposition with the Registrar of Trade-marks within two months from the<br />
date of issue of this publication. The statement should be made in<br />
accordance with Form 8 of the Trade-marks Regulations (1996) and must<br />
be accompanied by the required fee.<br />
Any opposition is to be based on the description of wares and/or services<br />
which appears first, as this description is in the language in which the<br />
application was filed.<br />
