PA systolique en consultation ≥ 160 mm Hg ou ≥ 150 mm Hg<br />
chez le diabétique <strong>de</strong> type 2 (9,12)<br />
Traitement par au moins trois médicaments antihypertenseurs (9,12)<br />
dont un diurétique pour SIMPLICITY-1 (9,10)<br />
Bonne observance du traitement évaluée par l’interrogatoire (9)<br />
Débit <strong>de</strong> filtration glomérulaire ≥ 45 mL / min / 1,73 m² (9,12)<br />
Persistance du non contrôle <strong>de</strong> la pression <strong>artérielle</strong> après un suivi<br />
