Le soudage à l’arc nécessite l'utilisation d'un fil de nature et de diamètre adaptés ainsi
que l'utilisation du gaz adéquat.
Arc welding requires the use of wire of an adapted type and diameter, as well as use
of the appropriate gas

ATTENTION : les fils suivants sont utilisés en polarité inverse : SD ZN
(Atal 5) et SD 400 (Atal 5, CO2)

Le gaz de soudage utilisé doit correspondre au cas d'application de
soudage. Le tableau ci-dessous indique les principaux cas et gaz utilisables
avec les fils massifs.
The welding gas which is used must correspond to the welding application
case. The table below shows the main cases and gases which can be used
with solid wires.

L'installation est composée de 6 éléments principaux* : The welding set consists of 6 main components* :
1. la source de puissance et son câble primaire (longueur 5 mètres) et son
groupe de refroidissement (sauf version air)
1. The power source and its primary cable (5 metres long) together with its cooling
unit (except air version)
2. le dévidoir 2. The wire feed unit
3. le faisceau de liaison bi-débrochable entre le dévidoir et la source de
puissance
3. The unpluggable connection harness between the wire feed and the power
source
4. la torche de soudage 4. The welding torch
5. le câble de masse (longueur 5 mètres) et sa pince de masse 5. The earth cable (5 metres long) and earth clamp
6. le chariot atelier (option) 6. The workshop trolley (option)
