PART VCHAPITRE VGeneralClauses généralesARTICLE 9 ARTICLE 91. This Convention shall be ratified by thesignatory States. The instruments ofratification shall be deposited with theGovernment of Sweden which shall notifyall other signatory States.2. This Convention shall enter into forceninety days after deposit of the fifthinstrument of ratification. In relation to anyother signatory depositing subsequently thisConvention shall enter into force thirty daysafter the date of deposit of the instrument ofratification but not before the expiry of theperiod of ninety days.3. Any arrangements in relation to theinspection system of a Contracting Statewhich are necessary in order to comply withthe provisions of this Convention shall becompleted not later than eighteen monthsafter deposit of the instrument of ratificationof that Contracting State. Such arrangementsshall be communicated to the depositaryGovernment which shall notify all otherContracting States.4. Each Contracting State shallcommunicate to the depositary Government,which shall notify all other ContractingStates, the name and address of its principalnational authority which will be itscompetent authority within the meaning ofthis Convention.1. Les instruments deratification seront déposés auprès duGouvernement de la Suède qui en donneranotification à tous les autres Etatssignataires.2. La présente Convention entrera envigueur quatre-vingt-dix jours après le dépôtdu cinquième instrument de ratification.Pour tout autre signataire déposantultérieurement son instrument deratification, la présente Convention entreraen vigueur trente jours après la date du depôtdudit instrument, mais pas avant 1'expirationde la période de quatre-vingt-dix jours.3. Les arrangements nécessaires pouradapter le système d'inspection d'un EtatContractant aux dispositions de la présenteConvention seront pris dix-huit mois au plustard après le dépôt de l’instrument deratification dudit Etat Contractant. Lesditsarrangements seront communiqués auGouvernement dépositaire qui les notifiera àtous les autres Etats Contractants.4.
