4 . Les insertions musculaires :‣ Au niveau de la base du 1 ér métatarsien s’ insère le long péronier latéral enbas , le jambier antérieur en haut, et coulissent le tendon de l’extenseurpropre et le tendon du fléchisseur propre du gros orteil. Ces tendonsconstituent un haubanage qui palie l’insuffisance capsulo-ligamentaire de lapremière articulation cunéo-métatarsienne.‣ Au niveau des 4 métatarsiens externes par contre , les insertions du jambierpostérieur et court péronier latéral n’ont qu’un rôle modeste en regard de lapuissance des moyens d’union cunéo et cubo-métatarsiens.5 .La vascularisationPour la région plantaire, elle est assurée par les branches terminales del’artère tibiale postérieure qui sont :L’artère plantaire médiale et latérale, et pour la région dorsale par l’artèrepédieuse qui fait suite à l’artère tibiale antérieure.6.Innervation :Elle est assurée par les rameaux du nerf tibial antérieur, et les rameauxplantaires des nerfs plantaires, branche du nerf tibial postérieur.B-CONCEPTION ARCHITECTURALE DE QUENU ET KUSS : [8]La conception classique de QUNU et KUSS oppose deux formations auniveau du tarse :( Figure 5)‣ la palette externe du pied ou spatule, constitué par les 4 métatarsiensexternes. C’est la palette d’appui et d’équilibre du pied.14
