Using automatic sound<br />
levelizer<br />
During driving, noise in the car changes according<br />
to the driving speed and road conditions.<br />
The automatic sound levelizer (ASL)<br />
monitors such varying noise and automatically<br />
increases the volume level, if this noise<br />
becomes greater. The sensitivity (variation of<br />
volume level to noise level) of ASL can be set<br />
to one of five levels.<br />
English<br />
1 Press AUDIO to select ASL.<br />
Press AUDIO until ASL appears in the display.<br />
2 Press a to turn ASL on.<br />
ASL MID appears in the display.<br />
# To turn ASL off, press b.<br />
3 Press c or d to select the desired ASL<br />
level.<br />
Each press of c or d selects ASL level in the<br />
following order:<br />
LOW (low)MID-L (mid-low)MID (mid)<br />
MID-H (mid-high)HIGH (high)<br />
