LIVRET DU PARTICIPANT E 21 LA RÉUSSITE SCOLAIRE EN ÉDUCATION PRIORITAIRE Avec les REP+, l’éducation prioritaire s’est dotée de moyens importants en termes de concertation pour les équipes et d’accompagnement des réseaux ; les enseignants expérimentent pratiques et dispositifs pédagogiques propres à soutenir les apprentissages de tous et permettre une réussite plus affirmée dans les milieux défavorisés. ORGANISATION PÉDAGOGIQUE ET ÉDUCATIVE DU TEMPS SCOLAIRE : INTENSIFIER LE RÔLE ET LA PLACE DES PARENTS, DÉVELOPPER LE TUTORAT ENTRE PAIRS Dans une école de 14 classes, dont une classe Ulis-Ecole en Réseau d’Education Prioritaire, des enseignants travaillent ensemble à l’élaboration de séances au service des langages. Ils imaginent et mettent en place, en se concertant, après observations, mais aussi en réponse à la demande de parents démunis, des parcours particuliers pour des élèves en difficulté. Pour toute l’équipe de l’école, diversifier les pratiques et varier les organisations sont des réponses à expérimenter pour soutenir l’attachement scolaire des jeunes élèves : proposer des temps différents pour l’enfant à l’école (période, semaine, journée), inscrire la transdisciplinarité au service de la langue, pratiquer le coenseignement et installer le tutorat par les pairs. La composition des groupes, ouverts à toutes les classes d’âge ainsi qu’aux élèves à besoins particuliers, fait expérimenter une coopération nécessaire. La coéducation permet d’intensifier l’implication des parents. Ce projet, accepté de tous, où adultes et enfants s’engagent, construit une dynamique assurant une meilleure prévention de la violence et de l’échec scolaire. 67
