Pada tahun <strong>2011</strong>, Jumlah Aset dalam Pengelolaan <strong>Commonwealth</strong> <strong>Bank</strong><br />

meningkat sebesar 9% mencapai Rp6,2 triliun pada akhir tahun.<br />

Kondisi tersebut di atas sangat sesuai dengan model bisnis<br />

yang dikembangkan oleh <strong>Commonwealth</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Indonesia,<br />

dimana sasaran utamanya adalah nasabah individu pada usia<br />

produktif selain juga nasabah UKM yang berjumlah besar.<br />

Wealth Management<br />

Layanan Wealth Management merupakan produk unggulan<br />

<strong>Bank</strong> sejak pertama kali didirikan di Indonesia. Kini <strong>Bank</strong><br />

terus mempertahankan posisinya sebagai penyedia layanan<br />

Wealth Management terdepan serta distributor produk reksa<br />

dana terkemuka.<br />

Pada tahun <strong>2011</strong>, jumlah Aset dalam Pengelolaan<br />

<strong>Commonwealth</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Indonesia meningkat sebesar<br />

9% mencapai IDR6,2 triliun pada akhir tahun. Dengan<br />

memberikan perhatian penuh atas kualitas pelayanan serta<br />

kepuasan nasabah, <strong>Commonwealth</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Indonesia berhasil<br />

memperluas basis pelanggan layanan Wealth Management<br />

hingga 30,5% dari tahun sebelumnya, dengan jumlah akun<br />

mencapai 68.000 hingga akhir tahun <strong>2011</strong>, meningkat dari<br />

54.000 akun di tahun lalu.<br />

Sementara itu, bisnis bancassurance meningkat bahkan<br />

lebih pesat hingga 43%, dengan total polis sebanyak 2,741<br />

yang telah diterbitkan sepanjang tahun <strong>2011</strong>. Keberhasilan<br />

ini ditopang oleh pemasaran yang kuat dan inisiatif penjualan<br />

silang serta mulai dikenalnya brand <strong>Commonwealth</strong> <strong>Bank</strong><br />

Indonesia di Indonesia.<br />

In <strong>2011</strong>, the <strong>Bank</strong>’s Assets Under Management (AUM) grew by 9%,<br />

amounting to more than IDR6.2 trillion by year’s end.<br />

Bisnis Retail <strong>Bank</strong>ing <strong>Commonwealth</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Indonesia juga<br />

memiliki sasaran strategis terhadap masyarakat golongan<br />

kelas menengah yang tumbuh pesat di Indonesia.<br />

Those statistics bode well for <strong>Commonwealth</strong> <strong>Bank</strong><br />

Indonesia’s business model in Indonesia, in which most of<br />

the <strong>Bank</strong>’s target markets are young and upwardly mobile<br />

individuals in their most productive years, as well as smalland-medium-sized<br />

businesses numbering in the millions.<br />

Wealth Management<br />

Wealth Management services has long been the mainstay<br />

of <strong>Commonwealth</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Indonesia ever since it first opened<br />

for business in Indonesia. Today, the <strong>Bank</strong> continues<br />

to maintain its leading position in Wealth Management<br />

services as well as being the leading mutual fund product<br />

distributor.<br />

In <strong>2011</strong>, the <strong>Bank</strong>’s Assets Under Management (AUM) grew<br />

by 9%, amounting to more than IDR6.2 trillion by year’s<br />

end. Intensifying the focus on both service quality and<br />

customer satisfaction, the <strong>Bank</strong> successfully broadened<br />

its Wealth Management services customer base by 30.5%<br />

over that of the previous year, with over 68,000 accounts in<br />

total by the end of <strong>2011</strong>, up from 54,000 a year ago.<br />

In the meantime, the bancassurance business has grown<br />

even faster at 43%, to a total of 2,741 policies issued<br />

throughout <strong>2011</strong>. This success is attributable to the strong<br />

marketing and cross-selling initiatives as well as to the<br />

growing strength of the <strong>Commonwealth</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Indonesia<br />

brand.<br />

<strong>Commonwealth</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Indonesia’s Retail <strong>Bank</strong>ing franchise<br />

is also targeted strategically at the rapidly growing middle<br />

class population in Indonesia.
