Investasi Strategis pada Sumber Daya<br />

Manusia<br />

Pada tahun <strong>2011</strong>, saat <strong>Bank</strong> memasuki tahap akhir dari<br />

rencana tiga tahun pertumbuhan yang dicanangkan,<br />

peran strategis manajemen sumber daya manusia, dalam<br />

memberikan nilai tambah bagi bisnis, semakin terlihat dengan<br />

nyata. Hal itu tampak dari keberhasilan <strong>Bank</strong> menyelaraskan<br />

inisiatif dan kegiatan manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia<br />

dengan prioritas dan target bisnis.<br />

Penyelarasan tersebut memberikan <strong>Commonwealth</strong> <strong>Bank</strong><br />

Indonesia kemampuan untuk meningkatkan performa<br />

bisnisnya, dan sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan guna<br />

meraih visi menjadi penyedia layanan keuangan terbaik di<br />

Since <strong>Commonwealth</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Indonesia<br />

decided in 2009 to significantly grow<br />

its business scale in Indonesia within<br />

three years, a massive effort has had<br />

to be undertaken to both increase and<br />

transform the <strong>Bank</strong>’s human capital in<br />

order to cope with the challenges of<br />

growth.<br />

Strategic Investment in Our People<br />

In <strong>2011</strong>, as the <strong>Bank</strong> entered the penultimate year of<br />

working its three-year objectives, both the role and<br />

strategic value of its human capital vis-à-vis its business<br />

objective have truly come to the forefront. What was key<br />

to that role is that the <strong>Bank</strong> has succeeded to align the<br />

initiatives and activities of Human Resources with those of<br />

the business priorities and goals.<br />

Such an alignment has provided <strong>Commonwealth</strong> <strong>Bank</strong><br />

Indonesia the ability to enhance its business performance<br />

in <strong>2011</strong>, and the human capital needed to pursue its<br />

vision of being the finest financial services organisation in<br />

Indonesia through excelling in customer service.
