The importation <strong>of</strong> fresh<br />
fruits shall be accompanied<br />
by the phytosanitary<br />
certificate issued by the<br />
plant quarantine authority <strong>of</strong><br />
exporting country, stating<br />
that the fruits have been<br />
thoroughly inspected <strong>and</strong><br />
found free from Rhagoletis<br />
pomonella (Walsh), or<br />
stating that the fruits have<br />
undergone an appropriate<br />
quarantine treatment prior to<br />
shipment.<br />
The importation <strong>of</strong> the<br />
plants or plant parts shall be<br />
accompanied by the<br />
phytosanitary certificate,<br />
issued by the plant<br />
quarantine authority <strong>of</strong><br />
exporting countries, stating<br />
that the plants or plant parts<br />
have been thoroughly<br />
inspected <strong>and</strong> found free<br />
from Phthorimaea<br />
operculella (Zeller); or<br />
stating that the plants or<br />
plant parts have undergone<br />
an appropriate quarantine<br />
treatment prior to shipment.
