The importation <strong>of</strong> seeds<br />
shall be accompanied by<br />
phytosanitary certificate,<br />
issued by the plant<br />
quarantine authority <strong>of</strong> the<br />
exporting country, stating<br />
that the seeds are found free<br />
from Entyloma cosmi Vanky<br />
Horita & Jape; otherwise,<br />
the seeds will be destroyed<br />
or returned.<br />
The importation <strong>of</strong> the<br />
plants or plant parts shall be<br />
accompanied by the<br />
phytosanitary certificate,<br />
issued by the plant<br />
quarantine authority <strong>of</strong> the<br />
exporting country, stating<br />
that the plants or plant parts<br />
have been heated in<br />
accordance with a specific<br />
time-temperature schedule<br />
that achieves a minimum<br />
wood core temperature <strong>of</strong> 56<br />
℃ <strong>for</strong> at lest 30 minutes.
