The importation <strong>of</strong> the<br />

accompanied by the<br />

phytosanitary certificate,<br />

issued by the plant<br />

quarantine authority <strong>of</strong> the<br />

exporting country, stating<br />

that the plants or plant parts<br />

have been thoroughly<br />

inspected <strong>and</strong> found free<br />

from the Valsa ambiens Pers.<br />

ex Fr.; otherwise, the plants<br />

or plant parts will be<br />

destroyed or returned.
