that the plants or plant parts<br />
have been thoroughly<br />
inspected <strong>and</strong> found free<br />
from Phytomonas staheli<br />
McGhee & McGhee <strong>and</strong><br />
originate from areas free<br />
from Phytomonas staheli<br />
McGhee & McGhee;<br />
otherwise, the plants or plant<br />
parts will be destroyed or<br />
reshipped.<br />
Leaf scorch disease The importation <strong>of</strong> plants or<br />
plant parts shall be<br />
accompanied by the<br />
phytosanitary certificate,<br />
issued by the plant<br />
quarantine authority <strong>of</strong> the<br />
exporting country, stating<br />
that the plants or plant parts<br />
have been thoroughly<br />
inspected <strong>and</strong> found free<br />
from leaf scorch disease <strong>and</strong><br />
originate from areas free<br />
from leaf scorch disease;<br />
otherwise, the plants or plant<br />
parts will be destroyed or<br />

that the plants or plant parts<br />
have undergone an<br />
appropriate quarantine<br />
treatment prior to shipment.
