Watt-Ora<br />
Dal momento che la nostra Cella Ideale può erogare 1 volt ed 1 ampere per 1 ora, e poiché sappiamo che<br />
volt ed ampere si combinano a dare i watt, potremmo decidere di descrivere la nostra cella proprio in<br />
termini di Watt-Ora.<br />
Un Watt-Ora è un'un<strong>it</strong>à che descrive esattamente quanta potenza una cella può erogare e per quanto<br />
tempo.<br />
Watt-Ora = Volt x Ampere-Ora<br />
Come si vede facilmente (Tabella 9) mettere più Celle in serie significa aumentare il numero di Watt-Ora<br />
disponibili<br />

Immaginiamo per un istante che la nostra Cella Ideale sia in grado di erogare 2 volt. Questo fatto<br />
raddoppierebbe immediatamente la potenza totale contenuta nella cella facendola divenire una cella da 2<br />
Watt-Ora (da questo momento abbrevieremo gli Ampere-Ora ed i Watt-Ora in Ah e Wh rispettivamente).<br />
Ora che conosciamo una efficace misura della potenza complessiva (i Wh, appunto) possiamo compiere<br />
alcune verifiche. Dal momento che il nostro Motore Ideale non subisce perd<strong>it</strong>e di corrente in alcun modo,<br />
diviene possibile verificare che i Watt-Ora che il Power System consuma (energia prelevata dalle Celle o<br />
Wh-in) divengano effettivamente Watt-Ora di lavoro svolto dall'elica (ovvero Wh-out).<br />
