MISURE GENERALI PREVENTIVE E<br />
PROTETTIVE<br />
Da attuarsi dal <strong>per</strong>sona<strong>le</strong> del<strong>le</strong> <strong>di</strong>tte, enti,<br />
associazioni, lavoratori autonomi e comunque da<br />
coloro che a qualsiasi titolo acc<strong>ed</strong>ono all’A.S.O.<br />
∗ Tutto il <strong>per</strong>sona<strong>le</strong> deve essere preventivamente<br />
informato sui rischi (generici, specifici <strong>ed</strong><br />
interferenziali) presenti nei <strong>luoghi</strong> dove svolgeranno<br />
<strong>le</strong> attività (specificati nel presente documento),<br />
formato <strong>ed</strong> addestrato, sia <strong>per</strong> svolgere<br />
correttamente <strong>ed</strong> in <strong>sicurezza</strong> <strong>le</strong> specifiche attività,<br />
sia <strong>per</strong> eliminare o, ove non è possibi<strong>le</strong>, ridurre al<br />
minimo i rischi <strong>di</strong> interferenze attraverso il presente<br />
documento, <strong>le</strong> in<strong>di</strong>cazioni fornite nel capitolato, <strong>le</strong><br />
norme e <strong>le</strong> proc<strong>ed</strong>ure pr<strong>ed</strong>isposte dall’ASO e dalla<br />
<strong>di</strong>tta <strong>di</strong> appartenenza, specifico addestramento.<br />
Tali oneri informativi, formativi e <strong>di</strong> addestramento<br />
dovranno prev<strong>ed</strong>ere tempi congrui in relazione ai<br />
rischi, al<strong>le</strong> proc<strong>ed</strong>ure <strong>per</strong> evitare i rischi <strong>ed</strong> al<strong>le</strong><br />
misure preventive protettive che in concreto<br />
devono essere adottate. La <strong>di</strong>tta ne deve dare<br />
riscontro al RUP (Responsabi<strong>le</strong> Unico del<br />
Proc<strong>ed</strong>imento) dell’Azienda, ovvero al Dirigente<br />
Responsabi<strong>le</strong> della Struttura che ha istruito la<br />
pratica.<br />
∗ Considerato che molti rischi da interferenza si<br />
possono eliminare con proc<strong>ed</strong>ure e norme<br />
comportamentali, occorre che i titolari <strong>ed</strong> i preposti<br />
della Ditta pr<strong>ed</strong>ispongano specifiche proc<strong>ed</strong>ure e<br />
norme <strong>per</strong> eliminare o ridurre al minimo i rischi da<br />
interferenze <strong>ed</strong> informare, formare <strong>ed</strong> addestrare i<br />
propri <strong>di</strong>pendenti su dette proc<strong>ed</strong>ure, controllare e<br />
verificare che vengano applicate attraverso propri<br />
addetti.<br />
Segnalare al<strong>le</strong> competenti funzioni aziendali<br />
eventuali intralci o ostruzioni del<strong>le</strong> vie <strong>di</strong><br />
circolazione e <strong>di</strong> esodo e comunque situazioni che<br />
possono arrecare danni a <strong>di</strong>pendenti o a terzi<br />
∗ Evitare <strong>di</strong> spostare, toccare, effettuare attività su<br />
oggetti o strumenti senza l’autorizzazione<br />
dell’Azienda.<br />
∗ Attenersi alla segna<strong>le</strong>tica orizzonta<strong>le</strong> e vertica<strong>le</strong><br />
<strong>ed</strong> al<strong>le</strong> avvertenze presenti nei <strong>luoghi</strong> <strong>di</strong> <strong>lavoro</strong>.<br />

Adottate dall’A.S.O.<br />
L’ASO provv<strong>ed</strong>e <strong>per</strong> il proprio <strong>per</strong>sona<strong>le</strong> con appositi<br />
corsi formativi.<br />
I rischi presenti in Azienda e <strong>le</strong> relative misure <strong>di</strong><br />
prevenzione e protezione, in<strong>di</strong>rizzate anche a coloro che a<br />
qualsiasi titolo o<strong>per</strong>ano in Azienda, sono descritti nei<br />
successivi capitoli.<br />
L’Azienda provv<strong>ed</strong>e <strong>per</strong> il proprio <strong>per</strong>sona<strong>le</strong>. In<br />
particolare, nel caso <strong>di</strong> attività che comportano la<br />
presenza <strong>di</strong> più <strong>di</strong>tte o <strong>per</strong>sone, sarà cura <strong>dei</strong> Dirigenti e<br />
Preposti del<strong>le</strong> strutture Aziendali o del RUP, o Dirigente<br />
della struttura che ha istruito la pratica evitare <strong>le</strong><br />
interferenze programmando e concordando i lavori o <strong>le</strong><br />
attività in tempi <strong>di</strong>versi <strong>ed</strong> effettuando vigilanza e controllo<br />
sull’o<strong>per</strong>ato <strong>dei</strong> propri lavoratori.<br />
Il <strong>per</strong>sona<strong>le</strong> Azienda<strong>le</strong> (RUP, Direttori e coor<strong>di</strong>natori del<strong>le</strong><br />
strutture, la Direzione Sanitaria <strong>di</strong> Presi<strong>di</strong>o, il SPP, il<br />
M<strong>ed</strong>ico Competente) sono a <strong>di</strong>sposizione <strong>per</strong> coo<strong>per</strong>are<br />
alla stesura <strong>di</strong> dette proc<strong>ed</strong>ure e <strong>per</strong> ricevere eventuali<br />
segnalazioni relative a situazioni <strong>per</strong>icolose.<br />
L’Azienda ha pr<strong>ed</strong>isposto segna<strong>le</strong>tica <strong>di</strong> <strong>sicurezza</strong> <strong>per</strong> il<br />
rischio incen<strong>di</strong>o (<strong>per</strong>corsi <strong>di</strong> esodo, estintori, idranti), <strong>per</strong><br />
altri rischi (ad esempio cartelli <strong>di</strong> avvertimento relativi ai<br />
<strong>luoghi</strong> in cui vi è il potenzia<strong>le</strong> rischio <strong>di</strong> ra<strong>di</strong>azioni
