M98 è la versione singola del frullino o mixer professionale per la preparazione di frappè a<br />
base di gelato o preparati in polvere e latte, milk-shakes, caffè shakerati ed altri drink a base<br />
di gelato e liquori. Come tutti i mixer Ceado, è costruito completamente in lega leggera ed<br />
acciaio, è dotato di azionamento automatico con microinterruttore installato dietro al supporto<br />
bicchiere. M98 è dotato di motore universale da 300W ventilato, che gira ad una velocità di<br />
15.000rpm. Viene fornito con un contenitore in acciaio inossidabile della capacità di 0,9l e<br />
due tipi diversi di agitatore. Il primo agitatore è costituito da una doppia ventola in acciaio<br />
inossidabile ed è più indicato per le preparazioni a base di gelato, il secondo è formato da<br />
una ventola singola in policarbonato bianco che, grazie al suo diametro ed al suo spessore, è<br />
particolarmente indicata per miscelare latte o preparare caffè shakerati.<br />

M98 is the single version of commercial milk-shaker or drink mixer for preparing frappes<br />
made with ice cream or powder and milk preparations, milk-shakes, iced shaken coffee and<br />
other ice cream and liqueur-based drinks. Like all Ceado mixers it is made entirely in light<br />
alloy and steel, and is activated automatically by a microswitch installed behind the cup<br />
support. M98 is fitted with a 300W fan-cooled universal motor that turns at 15,000rpm.<br />
It comes with a 0.9l stainless steel container and two different types of agitator. The first<br />
consists of a double whisk in stainless steel and is more suitable for ice-cream based<br />
preparations, while the second consists of a single whisk in white polycarbonate, which<br />
has a diameter and thickness making it particularly suitable for mixing milk or preparing<br />
iced shaken coffee.<br />
