Sonocostituite da una base composta da un elemento iniziale, uno opiù intermedi ed un finale in cui sono ubicate le connessioni dientrata e uscita. Su questa base vanno fissati i corpi dosatori.Questi sono in acciaio AVP zincato acciaio inox. I corpi dosatoripossono essere con portata regolabile o portata fissa. Conil sistema modulare è possibile aumentare o ridurre i puntida lubrificare senza alcun limite basta aggiungere o togliereuno o più intermedi tra iniziale e finale, inoltre si possonopredisporre già in fase di progetto, futuri punti di lubrificazionemontando al posto del corpo dosatore una piastra di chiusuracodice 5010099 o 5010100.Per la manutenzione, o per la sostituzione delle valvole nonoccorre scollegare le tubazioni con un notevole risparmio ditempo e costi.DUAL LINE MODULAR FEEDERSThe modular metering valves increase the wide range ofFLENCO pro-ducts for dual line systems. The modularmetering base consists of an initial base, one or moreintermediate bases and a final base where the inlet and outletconnections are placed. The metering elements are fastenedto the base. The elements and bases are available in carbonor stainless steel; the elements are available in fixed oradjustable out-put. The modular system allows an increaseor decrease of the total points to be lubricated without anylimit. By adding or subtracting one or more of the intermediateelements, the desired point of lubrication can be fulfilled. It ispossible to reserve future lubrication points by substituting aclosing plate for the metering element onto the body (code5010099 or 5010100). The modular dual line block savesmaintenance time and reduces cost because of the ease ofreplacement of the metering elements. No longer does onehave to disconnect the piping to replace defective valves.
