Art.2<br />
The sale is carried out and accepted by all parties involved with respect to<br />
the purposes, rights, actions and reasons, positive or negative easements,<br />
adjacencies or dependences, based on the current condition and legal<br />
status, with all the common spaces and areas, rights and obligations as per<br />
law and resulting from the co-ownership regulations in force;<br />
simultaneously the buyers own and are entitled to own from the seller.<br />
The seller undertakes to perform the refurbishment works provided for<br />
the intervention of redevelopment included in the Annex n.13 of the<br />
Appraisal, which is attached as an integral part of this Act, with all its 14<br />
Annexes.
