Non in ogni stanza c'è lo spazio
sufficiente per grandi woofer di
potenza o per casse acustiche
formato armadio.
Una superficie della membrana
sufficientemente grande è
comunque inevitabile se si desiderano
bassi precisi e dinamici.
Anche per la pressione sonora, un
woofer di 17 cm con escursione
estrema non raggiungerà neanche
da lontano la potenza di un
subwoofer speciale con diametro
doppio e superficie quasi quadrupla.
Nel LITTLE SUMO è sistemato uno
di questi woofer di 30 cm. Grazie
all'impiego di un misto di crossover
attivo e passivo, all'ottimizzazione
della qualità mediante una
resistenza e un filtro subsonic del
modulo amplificatore, si è riusciti
a creare un potente subwoofer in
una cassa estremamente piccola.
Il LITTLE SUMO non è soltanto fra
i primi del suo genere per quanto
riguarda il suono pulito, ma raggiunge
anche dei livelli che non
sono neanche normali per casse
di doppia grandezza. Come integrazione
compatta di altoparlanti
di qualità in un impianto hifi, ma
anche per il cinema a casa, questo
subwoofer è una scelta di
prim'ordine.
The compact
force package
There is not sufficient space in
every room for large-size high
power subwoofers or standing
speakers of cupboard size.
However, a sufficiently large cone
area is absolutely necessary for
creating low bass signals which
are precise and dynamic and not
indistinct and rumbling. In the
range of max. sound pressure,
too, even the 17cm bass speaker
of longest excursion cannot try to
come up to a special subwoofer
of twice the diameter and a cone
area whitch is almost four times
larger.
In LITTLE SUMO such a 30 cm
bass speaker is accommodated.
Due to a refined combination of
active and passive crossover networks,
an optimized Q factor by
a series resistor and a subsonic
filter of the amplifier module, a
surprisingly efficient subwoofer in
an extra small cabinet could be
created.
The LITTLE SUMO is not only one
of the most clearly sounding type
but it is also capable of producing
levels which are not self-evident
even for speakers of twice the
size. For the space-saving completion
of high-quality speakers for
HiFi applications as well as home
cinema systems, this subwoofer
presents an optimal sound result.
