They’re looking for a more casual, warm and cozy look.” The onsite facility where lumber is stocked and milled is not where the company started out in the year 2000 when custom millwork orders per specification were filled off site. Expansion of the business led to the refurbishing of the near 7,000-squarefoot heated and humidity-controlled storage facility in 2013 and building a brand new 12,000-square-foot radiant heated and cooled milling and storage building in 2014. Newly constructed in 2015 is a 2-story 1,850-square-foot facility housing offices downstairs and showcase upstairs on the main level. The equipment that the operation depends upon includes a Cameron Quick Rip, Cameron Floor Nester, Mereen-Johnson Gang Rip Saw, Weima Wood Grinder, Doucet Automatic Flooring End Matcher, Leadermac Moulder, Ultimizer grading optimizer, and four Cat-brand forklifts.
