Aeruginosaสําหรับ target gene nheA1-nheA2 นี้เปน target gene ที่ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อใหมีความจําเพาะเจาะจงกับ non-hemolytic enterotoxin A ที่พบใน B.cereus ที่กอใหเกิดอาการทองเสียเมื่อรับประทานเขาไป ซึ่งเมื่อทําการทดสอบความจําเพาะเจาะจงแลว พบวา lane ที่ 2 4และ 6 นั่นคือเชื้อ B. cereus, B. Thuringiensis ATCC10792 และ B. Thuringiensis แสดงผลการจับกับ target gene ขึ้น เนื่องจากเชื้อทั้ง 3 นี้ตางมี non-hemolytic enterotoxin A ทั้งสิ้น
