152. ผลการทํา Pure Culture ของเชื้อทั้งสามชนิด จากการทํา multiplex PCRB. cereus 757 bpSalmonella spp. 463 bpS. aureus 263 bp1 2 3 4 5รูปที่ 7 แสดงผลการทํา multiplex PCR จาก pure culture ของเชื้อทั้ง 3 ชนิดLane 1 : DNA Ladder 100 bpLane 2 : S. aureusLane 3 : Salmonella spp.Lane 4 : B. cereusLane 5 : Mixed culture of S. aureus, Salmonella spp., and B. cereusเมื่อทดสอบโดยใช multiplex PCR คือใช target gene ทั้ง 3 ชนิด ตรวจสอบกับเชื้อเดี่ยวๆและเชื้อที่รวมกัน พบวา S. aureus จะตอบสนองตอ sea1-sea2 เทานั้นซึ่งมีคู base pair อยูที่263 base pairs ใน lane ที่ 1 สวน Salmonella spp. ใน lane ที่ 2 จะตอบสนองกับ invA1-invA2เทานั้นที่ 463 base pairs และ B.cereus ใน lane ที่ 3 จะตอบสนองตอ nheA1-nheA2 เทานั้นที่757 base pairs และเมื่อทดสอบกับเชื้อทั้ง 3 ชนิดก็จะพบการตอบสนองตอทั้ง 3 target genesดังที่แสดงในรูป
