CoolMatic CRF-50 Troubleshooting 11 Troubleshooting Compressor does not run Fault Possible cause Remedy U KL = 0 V There is an interruption in the connection between the battery and the electronics Establish a connection Main switch faulty (if installed) Replace the main switch Additional supply line fuse has blown (if installed) Replace the supply line fuse U KL ≤ U ON Battery voltage is too low Charge the battery Start attempt with U KL ≤ U OFF Loose cables Poor contact (corrosion) Establish a connection Battery capacity too low Cable cross section too small Start attempt with Ambient temperature too high – U KL ≥ U ON Electric circuit between the pins in the compressor interrupted Usage when the ambient temperature is too low Insufficient ventilation and/or air supply Condenser is dirty Fan defective (if installed) Defective compressor The compressor only starts up at an ambient temperature of more than +16 °C. Replacing the battery Replace the cable (fig. 8, page 6) Move the freezer to another location Clean the condenser Replace the fan Replace the compressor Only switch on the freezer at an ambient temperature of more than +16 °C.
