During the period 14.-19. September 1975 a juvenile Citrine Wagtail,<br />
Motacilla citreola, in first winter plumage \vas observed at Giske, MØre &<br />
Romsdal Co., Western Norway, 62'30' N - 06"02' E. This paper describes<br />
the field notes and the identification of the bird, and also discusses some critical<br />
points on field identification of the Citrine Wagtail compared to the<br />
Yellow Wagtail, M. flava.<br />
