Johan Lund<br />
Johan Lund is trained in technol<strong>og</strong>y and sociol<strong>og</strong>y and got his PhD in community medicine<br />
from the University of Oslo. Since 1977 he has worked in injury registration and accident prevention.<br />
He is now Senior Researcher at University of Oslo working on indicators for impairments<br />
and disabilities in injury registration. He has been active in international collaboration and<br />
is now president in the section of Injury prevention and Safety promotion in the European Public<br />
Health Association.<br />
Johan Hallberg<br />
Johan Hallberg, General Practioner and Strategist in Health Promotion and Sustainable Development<br />
at The Dalarna County Council, Sweden. Medical studies in Umeå, Sweden, finished<br />
1991. Specialist in Family medicine (GP) in 1999. Assignment within the field of Environmental<br />
medicine at the Dalarna County Council since 2002. School doctor between 1998 and 2010.<br />
Since 2004 an assignment within the field of public health and health promoting medical service<br />
at Dalarna County Council. During 2006-2010 supported by the National Board of Health and<br />
Welfare, the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency and the Dalarna County Council to<br />
produce the review “Promoting health - a key to sustainable development” (in swedish only).<br />
Since 2010 fully occupied as Strageist in Health promotion and Sustainable development at the<br />
Dalarna County Council.<br />
Lisbeth Hammer Kr<strong>og</strong><br />
Lisbeth Hammer Kr<strong>og</strong> (født 26. september 1961 i Bærum) er ordfører <strong>og</strong> folkevalgt i Bærum<br />
kommune. Hammer Kr<strong>og</strong> representerer partiet Høyre. Lisbeth Hammer Kr<strong>og</strong> ble i september<br />
2011 valgt inn i Bærum kommunestyre <strong>som</strong> partiet Høyres ordførerkandidat. 12. oktober 2011<br />
ble Hammer Kr<strong>og</strong> valgt til Bærums første kvinnelige ordfører. I den foregående kommunestyreperioden<br />
var hun varaordfører i Bærum <strong>og</strong> leder av Sektorutvalg for bistand <strong>og</strong> omsorg.<br />
Hun har vært aktiv i Hedmark Høyre <strong>og</strong> Stor-Elvdal Høyre i ulike verv. I perioden 1995– 1998<br />
var hun varaordfører i Stor-Elvdal kommune <strong>og</strong> leder for sektorutvalg for oppvekst, helse <strong>og</strong><br />
velferd. Kr<strong>og</strong> var leder i Bærum Høyre 2004–2008 <strong>og</strong> har vært leder av foreningens kvinnepolitiske<br />
utvalg <strong>og</strong> medlem av representantskapet.<br />
Utdanning <strong>og</strong> yrkeskarriere: Hammer Kr<strong>og</strong> er cand.mag med offentlig administrasjon <strong>og</strong> organisasjonskunnskap<br />
(mellomfag) sosiol<strong>og</strong>i (grunnfag) <strong>og</strong> offentlig rett (grunnfag) fra Universitetet<br />
i Oslo <strong>og</strong> Universitetet i Bergen. Hun har <strong>og</strong>så tatt bedriftsøkonomiske fag ved Handelshøyskolen<br />
BI, språkstudier i Tyskland <strong>og</strong> har tidligere arbeidet i AF Gruppen, Kommunenes Sentralforbund,<br />
ved Stor-Elvdal ungdomsskole <strong>og</strong> <strong>som</strong> selvstendig konsulent innen organisasjons- <strong>og</strong><br />
medarbeiderutvikling.<br />
