abilities. This may take time, but will<br />
eventually result in improved coping<br />
ability and operability.<br />
4. Primary doctor:<br />
Listen to the patientʼ’s own ideas on<br />
how the situation can be changed in<br />
the right direction. Use this as a basis<br />
for helping the patient to improve his<br />
or her health, working abilities and<br />
general level of coping.<br />
5. Fellow human:<br />
You can be of great help to<br />
others who need your support<br />
during vulnerable life<br />
phases. Next time it may<br />
be you who needs <strong>som</strong>one<br />
to talk to.<br />
