ENTREVERO DE PINHÃO<br />

INGREDIENTES<br />

½ quilo <strong>de</strong> pinhão cozido e <strong>de</strong>scascado.<br />

1 kg <strong>de</strong> carne suína.<br />

1 kg <strong>de</strong> alcatra.<br />

500 g <strong>de</strong> bacon.<br />

1 kg <strong>de</strong> linguiça calabresa.<br />

200 g <strong>de</strong> cebola <strong>de</strong> cabeça.<br />

1 <strong>de</strong>nte <strong>de</strong> alho.<br />

5 colheres <strong>de</strong> molho <strong>de</strong> soja (shoyu).<br />

Sal a gosto.<br />

6 colheres <strong>de</strong> óleo.<br />

½ pimentão ver<strong>de</strong>.<br />

½ pimentão vermelho.<br />

500 g <strong>de</strong> tomate.<br />

Tempero ver<strong>de</strong> a gosto.<br />

MODO DE PREPARO<br />

Pique todos os ingredientes.<br />

Coloque em uma panela <strong>de</strong> metal <strong>de</strong> ferro: óleo, as carnes e o sal.<br />

Refogue por 15 minutos e adicione os outros ingredientes.<br />

Refogue por mais 15 minutos - mexa enquanto refoga.<br />

Serve aproximadamente 15 pessoas!
